First job Brice Autos did for me was pick my son's car up to get tyre changed as soon as I asked. Polite, efficient service and perfectly reasonably priced! Because of that I booked my MOT with them. Not only was it done that day but they went above and beyond with communication. Friendly and open staff which is a must for me not knowing anything about cars! I'll be back!

These guys ALWAYS help me out. I work in the community and heavily rely on my car, so when my brake was smoking I called them. No issues, no worries, no waiting until next week, they took my car in, told me what needed doing and why, told me the cost and by the end of the day I had my car back. Faultless service. Amazing people. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

My car visited Brice Autos for an MOT, it was taken there by a local dealership who's staff lied to me saying the reasons it took 1¾ hours to do the job were 1, the emissions were high, 2, the idle speed was high, 3, they were just cleaning off dirty finger marks. I phoned Brice Autos who told me everything about my car was perfect, emissions perfect at high rpm and idle, no adjustments needed. As the car has only done 20000 miles I had been concerned to be told adjustment was required The Australian technician was a delight to talk to, he explained how Brice Autos worked, he even told me they weren't necessarily the cheapest independent garage in Norwich but used the recommended top quality parts, oils etc. I think he gave me the confidence to use them instead of main dealerships in the future. I like honesty, believe I've found it here.

i was having a difficult time finding anyone to fix my car, as my clutch cable had snapped and no one could get the part i needed. Brice Autos literally came to my rescue. they picked up my car, found the part, fixed it and did a MOT for a reasonable price. they did have to have my car for almost a week, but that was partlt to wait for the part, and they stayed in contact with me the whole time to update me. they dropped the car off when it was done. my only complaint was when they picked up and dropped off my car, they were later than they said they would be. i highly recommend Brice Autos.

Had a problem with my brakes binding on. Dropped my car off, work completed in the morning, no problems whatsoever. The guys even showed me the wear and damage of the parts they replaced. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. They made it nice and easy and at a very good price. Get to brices if you want a garage you can trust. Thanks

Recommended by a friend a few years ago and Wouldn’t now go anywhere else! Staff are really friendly , make you feel comfortable and like your not going to get ripped off as I previously have been by bigger company garages. The staff are fair on prices and always have been a great help, and fitted me in quickly whenever I have had any car issues! All round great garage to take your car! :)

I have used Brice for repairs for several unrelated issues. Repairs are always done swiftly and to a high standard, with friendly and professional staff who will talk you through what they're doing and your options in an easy to understand way.

Friendly staff and could arrange quick appointment. Got my car aircon re-gassed, brake discs and pads changed, and noisy suspensions diagnosed and fixed. Not the cheapest in pricing but you get reliable mechanics who were able to explain the works carried out. Would definitely recommend this garage!

Such a welcoming team, being female I was quite nervous but these guys made me feel totally at ease. The young lady (as I later found out - the manager) was really helpful and didn't hesitate in getting my car looked at straight away. I took my car in for an MOT and it failed I was sent a quote by Debbie.10 days later I took my car back for repairs and re MOT.Scott called me to tell me they had been sent a wrong part and it wouldn't be ready at the time stated.When I went to collect and pay,I got a brilliant surprise it was £98 cheaper than the quote. .I thank Debbie and Scott for their customer service and the Brice auto team for their great work.Very highly recommended. Recommended by other people on Facebook when I asked for a reliable garage (that won't take advantage of someone that isn't great with cars). Asked for an informal re-mot after suspecting a forged MOT on a new car. They booked me in quickly, showed me areas for concern and explained it then only charged half as they hadn't needed to do a full inspection. Funny guys too, will be back :)

Hit and miss. Brice have done satisfactory work for me in the past, but I once had my oil changed here and an o-ring magically disappeared from the filter housing causing me to drop half of my oil immediately after collecting the car. More recently I looked at an aux belt I'd paid to have changed here for the first time and it looks much older than the 5,000 miles I've done since it was supposedly fitted - the car still has its underpan. Make of that what you will..

FINALLY! A reliable, considerate and trust worthy garage, and at the end of my road. Perfect! Im not a confident driver and do not like going to the garage. The lady who works there was very patient with me, and the men do whatever they can to help then and there, or book you in if necessary. I've been there many times and never felt like i was an inconvenience, which has happened at other places. I dont even ask the cost anymore, as I know its going to be fair and necessary work. I have also asked other garages in the area and they have recommended Brice Autos as well, which has to be a good sign. Unrelated to the company's practice, but had to mention the other persons review as unfounded comments that could effect a business slightly irk me... As a very local resident, I was concerned when they changed hands as the previous lot were not that great. I hope thats who the other person is complaining about, as the new owners are very mindful of everyone in the area, especially the disabled. As someone with limited mobility and uses a mobility chair often, I have always found them to be extremely considerate when parking and are always quick to move customers if there is a block. Its in no way restricting access to the sheltered housing. After googling the other persons name, and assuming he is not the wrestler...I get the impression he complains about anything and everything. Take it up with the council, which you probably already have, and thats why you're resorting to google...The council probably told you to do one, as this business are obviously acting well within the legislation. You clearly have far too much time on your hands and no respect for local businesses to leave a pointless review like that. The reason to review a business, is to help those unsure of using their services, not to air your personal issue about their apparent parking habits. Which both are flawless, and anyone using them will see. Thanks Brice Autos!

A friendly guarage who have a good knowledge of vehicles shall be using them if price is right. Post before was written in error my apologies it was another guarage who was somewhat so rude I drove away 5 stars and a written apology.just had my first mot with brice cas of the virus I normally use a mot centre I use for 10 years. I have to be honest I will be using my normal mot center next year.

I was always going to be concerned as to who I let work on my pride and joy which is my 1986 Audi quattro turbo. After speaking to Carl and finding out his extensive knowledge I decided I would trust him with my car. We agreed a time frame and a price budget, both of which were met with regular updates of progression supported with photos. The work that Carl did has been exceptional, it was quite extensive but my car now drives like a new car, I cannot thank him enough for what he has done and the new friendship which we have. The car has since been to a quattro specialist in Wiltshire who stated that out of the hundreds he has driven, this is one of the best. I would highly recommend Carl, sadly we now live over 4 hours apart so I need to use somewhere closer to home otherwise I would take all my cars there.
