Also a great bonus that a free courtesy car was provided and my car was cleaned prior collection. Thanks again for getting my car back as almost new!

We recently required some body spraying on our Volvo XC40 and this company became highly recommended by an automotive paint supplier in Norwich. I checked the reviews and all reviews said they received high praise. I took the car in for a quote and subsequently booked the car in. I was very apprehensive as I had a bad experience with a previous vehicle I owned. But I didn't need to worry as the whole experience was 1st rate from start to finish and the end result is that we are more than happy. And the courtesy car is a big added bonus. Many thanks to all involved.

Fantastic service. Replacement of damaged front bumper on a Toyota Aygo. Took the car in for an estimate, Jason said he really needed to remove the bumper to make an estimate. He kept the car overnight, gave quote the next day and the work was done the following week as soon as the new parts arrived. Repair looks fantastic. Thanks Jason and Nina. Don’t hope to be back to soon but if I need more work I would not hesitate to use C&S again and highly recommend the to others.

A few weeks ago I took my new 2015 Swift Sport to C&S Bodycare Ltd for a complete bonnet respray due to numerous unsightly stone chips. To be honest I was a bit nervous because the cars colour Boost Blue Peal Metallic Is not the easiest colour to reproduce. Well, all I can say Is, I really shouldn't have worried. The cars resprayed bonnet looks flawless and Is exactly the same colour as the rest of the car. Job done. I will definitely use C&S Bodycare again should the need ever arise and I would also certainly recommend this company to friends and family and anybody else looking for a decent, knowledgable company who won't rip you off. Also just to add, I even got a free courtesy car as part of the package so you cant really get better than that. 10/10 guys 👍

Really impressed with the quality of work and professional response to getting it booked in. Been messed around by others but C&S got me booked in easily by email, stuck to the quote and did a really high quality job that has exceeded my expectations. Will be returning again in the future if I need any other work doing. Thanks again! EDIT: Asked for a quote to the other wing, tailgate and some other bits after they did a good job of a wing and sill last time. Was shocked to get a response that they aren't willing to do the work. I don't understand businesses that turn down work. For that reason I've changed the rating to 3 stars.

Im putting this review upfront. My car was slightly dented after a small incident at home, my whole bumper had to be changed and resprayed. I found this company, close to where i live too, so i decided to give them a try, and the response time they replied was good! The next day they booked me in, dropped the car off and they offered me a courtesy car! Good service. Still repairing in progress, cant wait to get my car back like brand new! Took my polo in for a quote last Tuesday and booked it in the same day for the following Monday. I needed my bonnet and bumper painting and a repair on the right hand wing. Amazing in every way. I will be back and sharing our experience everywhere. This is a seriously good company that handled a number of details extremely well. I organised the repair for my Mum and bear in mind I’m very protective and not easy to please... They gave me a quick and friendly quote, way cheaper than elsewhere. They gave us a courtesy car without increasing the quote. They even ended up doing an extra repair free of charge just because they like doing a good job. How awesome is that? It was also done nearly a day earlier than quoted. My mum struggled a bit with a new hybrid courtesy car and she tells me every member of staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Not at all surprised they seem to have some main dealer contracts. I’m just surprised they’re not better known. Thank you.

I had a nasty dent in my bonnet hood, thanks to a cement truck that I'd passed on the dual carriage way. I turned up at C & S Bodycare fully expecting to pay hundreds of pounds for a complete respray. Jason came out to look at the dent, and was unbelievably honest. He could have easily taken the money off me for a complete re-spray, however given I was on lease for another 2 years he said it's really not worth it as you could drive out of here and get another one tomorrow. So instead he simply popped the dent out there and then and filled it in so it would pass and not allow any more water into the dent. And all for a fraction of the cost of a complete respray. Beyond impressed, and would recommend these guys to anyone.

Simply amazing standard of work and finish. My new Audi A5 had been vandalised and C&S were recommended to me by my car dealer. Paint is very tricky as its pearlescent. So, I'm looking forward to hammering my Porsche Cayenne all over Europe - oh no - there's a plastic component, which forms the top surface of the rear bumper, hanging off! Whatever it's called, it needs sticking down, urgently! It was late in the day, I googled some companies in the Norwich area - they were mostly closed already. But Jason of C & S Body Care told me to come on down - right away - and 15 minutes later there I was, holding said component in my hands for Jason, as he zigzagged some powerful, black 'trade-only' gunk across the surface. With no further ado he pressed it into place and taped it up, with instructions to remove the tape in the morning - it would be as "right as rain". And then he wished me a pleasant holiday and walked away... I chased after him, waving some cash - he wouldn't hear of it - it was a "5-minute job". I sat on Jason's forecourt, remembering the finger tip-sized dent above my rear wheel arch that my brutish son inflicted by shoving the rear door open in a huff in London, directly into an iron bollard. I rushed back into Jason's office and once more he accompanied me outside. He examined the small dent, declaring that it could be "got at" from inside the door by a man he knows, who would visit my house and fix the dent on my driveway. Jason gave me this man's calling card and, for the second time, bade me farewell. I was left to conclude the job was just a tad too small for C & S Body Care. Unreal! What have you got to do to get an invoice from this chap? Fast, efficient, polite, old-school service. I hope I don't need Jason's services any time soon but, if I should have any bodywork issues down the road, there's really only one game in town! Richard Norwich

Used these guys numerous times over the last few years. Always comes back perfect. Never try and tell you something can be done if they know it won't look perfect, so if he says the whole side needs spraying, it will need spraying. When it comes to repairs these guys I trust 100%.
