This is the only garage I use and it's well worth the travel to get there. The guys working there are honest, reliable and go out of their way to fit you in. They're very personable and friendly and will talk through all works with you. As a young woman, it's been difficult over the years to find a trustworthy garage but this is most certainly the most trustworthy one there is in Norwich in my experience. They will never tell you you need more work than necessary and their prices are very competitive. Strongly recommend this garage for anyone in need of a good reliable garage with friendly staff who will go above and beyond to help you as soon as possible.

Replaced timing chain kit on my bmw 3 series and removed other issues with my car. Best price I could find in Norwich. They did the job quicker than expected. Genuine and very friendly people.

BEST GARAGE I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Not only do they complete exactly what work you want efficiently (removed badly rusted exhaust and fitted new one in 25 minutes), they are the nicest and most down to earth lads out there. Very competitive pricing (way cheaper than main stream ones) and yet great quality and really great atmosphere. Just chat to the guys, really friendly and know their stuff ( ask owner about his cars and the work he's done). Like the saying goes, don't judge a book by it's cover. Cheers guys, will be back when I need help. UPDATE: Since this review, have been back another 2 times. 2nd was to again install a new bit of exhaust, and 3rd was to install new lowering springs to suspension all around and some new brake pads. As usual, great chat and really great job. Absolutely spot on service and no problems whatsoever. See you when I see you lads, cheers.

Took my Mercedes C Class here for a full service. The gentleman in charge was very helpful as I took my own parts with the air filter being incorrect and would not fit. He ordered me the correct part in order to complete my service. Also performed an overall health check free of charge. Will definitely be back, thanks!

Really great service. The car needed a starter motor fault diagnosed and after taking it to another place which quoted nearly £500 after just looking at the diagnostic computer I took it here. The guys are really friendly and understanding of the fact that I just wanted a cheap repair to keep the car going and they did a great job of keeping me informed about what the repair options were, so I felt really in charge of what happened and what I was charged for, unlike other places which can sometimes feel like a rip-off out of your control. They completed the job on the same day at a really brilliant price and I couldn't be happier with how it went. I'll definitely be back when any other faults need fixing!

Initially Janis came out last week to replace my battery. My car is well overdue for an MOT and having been pleased with my battery experience, I had M. J. Motors do the MOT for me. The car passed with advisory recommendations that the break discs and pads be replaced due to wear (not worth the risk) and that rear tyres be replaced (slight cracking and signs of perishing ) so I had them done too. Not an excessive bill and the car came home earlier than expected. I am very impressed with the service I received. LB

Introduced by a friend of mine to this garage. My friend's friends spoke highly of this garage too! My Kia needed had a leak in the coolant system. Car constantly had the coolant disappear without any drops on the ground. They checked and located the leak, installed a new radiator, and problem solved! They let me know the price before proceeding with work and delivered on time! Very friendly, and totally proffessional. Definately been converted, and will definately become my garage for anything needing done.

These guys saved me, power steering went so they came grabbed my car had it couple hours and had got part, repaired it and returned my car. That’s good service that is considering the last garage that had my car missed the issue completely during a full service. Can’t recommend this garage enough 👍
