Honest, reasonably priced and reliable, highly recommend to anyone else needing work on their Audi.

Love this place, took my A5 in for a service and they found there might be a gearbox issue. They recommended me to a gearbox expert as they said it would be cheaper than them doing the investigation. Refreshing to be helped by a really honest business instead of them trying to bleed you dry. Great place for Audi services, ill be going back from now on!

Das Auto carried out some work on my VW van. I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were. They fixed an EGR valve issue, deleted a DPF and a remapped at Auto Culture. They charged me the handsome sum of £928.41 and I didn't bat an eyelid to this amount as companies like Das Auto are trustworthy. They have a good reputation and I'm sure it's due to good work, good parts and honesty. Me and my wallet are unhappy we tried elsewhere to get brakes done recently in the hope to save a few quid but was a bad mistake. Das Auto, I wish there were more companies like you around to do transparent business with. Thanks again.

Ive been using Das Auto for six years now and they have never let me down.Its a can do attitude with these lads. The advice they give is always above board,I know as I always check. They will never enter work on a vehicle,unless it was a requirement. Pricing is fair and no hassle. I phoned a day before,to get a smashed wing mirror replaced on a quick turn around and it was sorted out in a couple of days,no problem. It was obvious they were busy,but thanks for fitting me in and great customer services as usual. Keep up the excellent work.

If you have a VW or an Audi this is the establishment to visit. The staff are friendly and super effeficient! The sort who would be honest and fix the mechinisim rather than sell you an expensive part you dont really need. Ive been with them for a few years now and they have always been 10/10 :)

Was quoted £250 by Audi Norwich to "unlock" my q7's dvd drive, which was factory locked from new, preventing me from updating the satnav with the latest dvd update. I popped it in to Das Auto with no prior appointment, and in less than 2 minutes they had unlocked it using their diagnostics software and simple code change. They didn't even want any payment. On a separate occasion they also fixed my electric window switch quickly and without fuss, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a problem with my diesel golf sounding like a choir of battle drums. I had some idea as to what the problem might have been (in brief an injector). Exclent and honest service at quick notice.The job was quickly completed and reasonable. I recomend!
