Another good service by the team at Goffs did what they said they would do! cost VERY competitive with anyone else they are friendly and professional new cam belt, air con recharged,brake fluid serviced, oil changed etc sorted and they kept my car clean!

Nice guys, good communication, and despite working on a Vauxhall when they are VW specialists with their connections at Vauxhall dealerships managed to get to the root of a tricky EGR and turbo solenoid issue and repaired it successfully. Despite only being booked for a few hours for the job it took a few days to diagnose the root but never gave up and saw the repair through despite the frustrations and kept me up to date with regular phone calls. Very happy with the service.

A friendly bunch and always pleased with their service! :) However, their opening times are incredibly inconvenient. They used to be open on Saturdays, which made the collection of our car a lot easier. Now the collection of our car is near to impossible due to working full time on weekdays. May I suggest staying open later on one or two days of the week or being open again on Saturdays?

Gotts have been looking after my Fabia for 5 or 6 years now and I have always been happy with their service. Yesterday I had a particular issue with a broken n/s front coil spring on the suspension. They were very busy, booked up with jobs for the next three weeks, so it was agreed I would leave the car with them and they would fit the job in if they had a cancellation and as it happened they were able to do the job later that day. Needless to say I was very pleased with this speedy resolution. Problem solved, back on road same day, excellent service!

ABS warning light had come on VW Polo, a large chain could not diagnose and quoted £1,321 to replace ABS pump. Gotts engineer quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue as an electrical fault within 15 minutes and for £48. Very impressed not only with resolution but with overall professionalism. Would highly recommend.

After a great holiday with my two girls in Great Yarmouth I noticed one of my rear tyres was a little flat! I drove to several garages where it was diagnosed as a slow puncture and pumped as no one was able to help me locate the nut wheel key (first time I’ve ever needed it), having come across this garage specialising in Audi’s, a lovely gentleman whose name I never took, not only helped me locate the key but also booked me into the nearest tyre repair shop where I was seen to very quickly and the problem solved! After having an horrific experience with Formula 1, I asked Gott's to check my car over when it went in for an MOT. I have found them to be professional and very reasonably priced. They also contact you before doing any extra work; they basically keep you in the loop. They also arranged an appointment, at a time convenient for me, at another garage (who were also courteous and professional) for my wheel alignment, which meant less hassle for me. I saved hundreds on the work as they only fixed what was actually needed and didn't try to scam me. I'll be returning in the future.

Brilliant! Outstanding! First time I have used them, not the last! I have always used main Audi dealers before, never again. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And their pricing is very, very reasonable. With my front spring replacement on my Audi TT they were nearly 45% cheaper than an Audi dealer price I got quoted!.Sure the garage ambiance is not that of an Audi dealer but who cares? Isn't it about how you are treated and how the job is performed. They beat any main dealer I have ever used. They went beyond the call of duty with my repair, doing little extras on the car that no main dealer would have been bothered with and.treating my car as if it was their own. I just cannot praise them highly enough. Having been in the automobile industry for 50 years I know how customers and vehicles should be treated, I,m sure you will not go far wrong with using Gotts. Well done to them!

Excellent work done by the guys, extremely helpful. Very reasonable price. Yet again the guys saved me a pile of money today 12/3/16. I had brake failure on servo assist, broken roof ariel, as well as an engine management fault on my 2001 golf. They quoted me high £200's on cost, then I was called back and said they could do with half parts and also solved the engine management fault on my 4motion. These are the most honest and decent people to work with. Not only the father (*owner) and his sons and employees. We need a quick favour to look at my partners Citroen C4 and the fitted in during the jobs, for a quick and effective fix. We will always use this company.

I have recently bought an Audi A4 Quattro Estate, my pride and joy, so anything that needs doing I would want the best job done and a great service... yes I could have gone to Audi main dealer, but I didn't want to pay the rip off prices, so I wanted an Audi specialist without the Audi prices! Car went in today as I could hear a slight clunk as I turned the wheel left nearly full circle , so just wanted a diagnosis... had a call once the diagnosis was done explaining what it was... was a very small job and they fixed it for me at no cost!!! Audi would have charged me £60 for the diagnosis + god knows how much labor cost! So long and short of it... highly recommended! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone...service due soon so will obviously be using Gotts .... Good honest and genuine garage and they use all "genuine" Audi parts too! Mark- Norwich

Following a problem with my elderly Audi A3's electrics, Gott's was recommended to me by the AA patrolman who attended as a professional, trustworthy, independent garage who would do a good job for a sensible price. Having been told by another well known local garage that I should get rid of my car as they wouldn't bother repairing it I sought a second opinion, luckily I stumbled on Gotts. I dropped the car off with the engine management report from the previous garage expecting the worst. Later in the day I was called by the garage whereby the problem was explained and the best news that they could fix it. Although the previous garage had condemned the car Gotts explained this was a common fault and they had a top technician to fix it! Oscar was superb, he talked me through the problem reassured me the engine was ok and what he needed to do to replace the cam chain etc. I left the car with them for around a week and the car was ready when promised. They ran through the bill in detail and suggested I return in a month or so to run the diagnostics again to check everything was ok. This I did and as promised Oscar checked the engine over to ensure everything was as it should. Top notch and I will now be a regular customer with my Audi.

First class customer service. I had my engine management light flick on along with my DPF filter regen light. I completed the regen but these lights kept coming back on. I had an idea it was a faulty sensor. I took my car in to see these guys and a quick diagnostic confirmed it needed a new sensor so I booked it in also had the aircon topped up as well whilst they had the car. I need my car daily so they fitted me in an I had my car back with me within a few of hours. Big thanks to Jonny as well for the lift home and back.

Excellent and honest garage. My car went in to have the track rod ends replaced (after another garage said they needed doing!) and they told me it wasn't needed. Responded very quickly with an itemised quote after I initially got in touch. Offered open and honest prices for both genuine VW and good quality (BOSCH) aftermarket parts. Advised me that I didn't need to carry out the front disc/pad replacememt until the next servcice despite me having mentioned it might need doing (on the advice of the main dealer). There was pleanty of communication throughout the day relating to service items and everything was wrapped up in 4 hours.
