M.Helpful, honest and friendly. Specialists in BMW and Mini, took my Mini Cooper in for some work and the problems were diagnosed quickly and explained to me clearly. Make sure you book in advance as they are very busy, another sign of a good garage. I highly recommend Herring & Palmer.

H. P.I highly recommend these independent BMW specialists. I found them after extensive searches on the internet and although their garages don't look as flash as Coopers main dealership, the quality of their work is excellent.
I have a tired e46 330d touring and they have been nothing but helpful in carrying out work - anything from replacing brake lines to prepping the car and carrying out an MOT - all for a fraction of main dealer prices. They are also happy to investigate problems before charging you the world for them.
I recommended them to a neighbour who saved over £400 on his e46 M3 convertible after it needed MOT work.
Highly recommended.
