E. C.Took our car in for a full service and MOT today, the staff were very helpful. The 2 guys on site today were under enormous pressure but still managed to get the job done. Karl was very cheerful, he appreciated us being able to leave the car, wasn’t a problem as we had plenty to get on with. Price was very competitive which is always appreciated. My partner and I won’t go anywhere else! Keep up the good work!

U.I realised my MOT expired over a week ago, and with a long journey due the next day, IN n Out got me out of a tight corner and fitted me in for an MOT within the hour of turning up; despite them being booked for the day. A friendly and on-the-spot service with a promise to send me a reminder in a year's time!!

M. C.Came into Norwich for a trip and the undertray of the car fell down and was causing an issue. Found these guys, took the car in and they were able to help straight away. They fixed the issue and didn't want to charge. Lovely, helpful and definitely would come back.
L.This would have been a 1 star review if it wasn't for Karl! I took my van in for a repair a few weeks ago and drove away after they'd had it in for 4 days with more problems than it had initially! I've used this garage for a couple of years with no problems at all, but there were clearly some staffing issues and lack of communication resulting in very poor service. Luckily when I returned for my 3rd visit to try to resolve the issues the area manager Karl was there working hard to restore some order. He got things sorted for me straight away and apologised for what had been happening. He was working his socks off so hopefully things are back on track here - give that man a payrise!

Darren was very helpful when I turned up earlier than expected he was able to get my tyre fitted then and there, I was made to feel welcome with a cup of coffee. I had some questions about when I eventually replace all four tyres at a later date and Darren was able to give me some sound advice.
My tyre was replaced quickly and the balancing is perfect.
I am well pleased, I will be using IN'n'Out Autocentres again in future.

O. M.I had my car booked in but on the way my tyre went completely flat and the air pump on the A47 was not working. I phoned the garage to explain I would be late, and also I had not put on a space saver tyre before. They patiently talked me through the process and gave tips on the likely problems I would face, such as wheel being hard to get off. Sure enough the tips were useful, the heavens opening with rain was not useful. I arrived at the garage 45 minutes, but they fitted in around me and were vey good at keeping me informed and most importantly warm by that stage. well done guys, polite, friendly and professional service
