We bought a used car from Inner Link in October ‘21. We were attracted by the car, the price and the great online reviews of the business. We found them always friendly & very helpful and quick to respond to all communications. There was never a hint of “hard sell” and we found the whole process easy & pleasant. Neil even drove around Norwich in search of petrol, to ensure the car had enough for the drive home. From start to finish we cannot fault Inner Link, and would recommend them unreservedly.

I bought a new car from Craig at the beginning of November. After shopping around and reading reviews I found inner link motor company. They luckily had just the car I was looking for an Audi A6. Having dealt with several car dealerships over the previous weeks I was wary of not being ripped off as I was about to spend more money on a car than I have in my whole 32 years as a driver, I needn't have worried . From the very start Craig and his team have been amazing. Organising a test drive was easy and I was allowed plenty of time.to check out all aspects of the vehicle. Craig answered all.my questions honestly as we discussed what I would like the car to have done (a cam belt change for one) before I purchased it. Once all the work was done he called me and. I paid for the car and drove it away. Since then a small issue popped up and no questions asked Craig has dealt with it quickly. In fact he went above and beyond to get it sorted In short a more honest and professional car sales and repair team you would be hard pressed to find in Norwich I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Inner Link Motor Company to anyone wanting to either buy a car or have work done on their vehicle.

First of all as its going to be long, I strongly recommend this garage/mechanic to anyone due to their care, professionalism and good service. After having an MOT done with another garage, failing it and not getting any solutions from them I came to this garage. I went to the other one in a first instance as with the Covid situation they could only squeeze me 24hours after the first one. I was lucky not to cancel the appointment and informed about my car being SORN and that hopefully they could do the adequate repairs as I needed it for working. From the beginning, I was reassured that it could be done in the next 24 hours (as you can imagine that made my day). I received a call after failing the MOT again but the huge difference is that this time I was told the problems and how much it would cost to do the repairs, also that it would be done if they kept the car for a bit longer. The next day I had my car with an MOT passed and ready to be taxed again. I was treated and understood from the first minute and even in the difficult situation (second lockdown in the UK) and the huge demand I had they did the necessary to have an outstanding job done. Thanks to the team!

Really happy with the service and customer care I received from Craig and the team at Inner Link! My car broke down and needed to get back on the road, as needed my car for work. Craig and his team pulled out all the stops, I put a deposit on Saturday late afternoon and explained to Craig how urgent it was that I needed to get back on the road. These guys really looked after me. Having spoken to them when I purchased my Citroen C1 back in March 2020 (when life wasn't as complicated) they made it clear that they would sooner lose money than a customer. This was proven true just the other day when my battery gave out. I took my car to get a diagnostic on a Monday morning (hoping that the issue wouldn't be too grave). Despite appearing to be relatively busy I got a call back 2 hours later saying that the battery had been replaced as a courtesy and there were no more faults at hand. Granted the battery shouldn't have died 3 months after purchase, I recognize this was not their fault and these guys really did everything they could to reduce my inconvenience. I've not had any issues since and I was very happy with the friendliness of all the guys there and would say they really care for their customers. Top effort

Bought a car from here in July with 6 months warranty. 6 months in, i have had 3 issues with the car... Nothing that was obvious when we bought it, or during initial month, but each time we have phoned them, they have fitted us in quickly, done the work and all covered by the warranty. Would have been great if the car was perfect and without fault, but it was a 9 year old car with 142000 miles on the clock...... So what I need and expect is a garage who are welcoming and sort issues under warranty. Innerlink absolutely have. Would buy from here again.
