A. G.Quite honestly blown away by the kindness of the Kirby team. Pulled in without an appointment due to an unexpected flat tyre that I couldn’t fix myself. Immediately took the time to pop the spare on for me while I waited with my 1yo son in their reception. Thank you for being so kind and helpful, you made one tired Mum’s day a lot less stressful!
g. p.I have used Kirby's Autos for many years for my businesses car sales mots and occasionally repairs. I know Marcus the proprietor and all of his staff and they are nothing short of brilliant. They are friendly and polite and can never do enough to help. I am not one for writing reviews however in this particular instance I think it is credit where credit is due. I read reviews where people complain about petty stuff and think if you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all. We are all human beings and can all make the odd mistake but to all you keyboard warriors out there please think carefully before you have anything bad to say unless you are that perfect human being.
Marcus and his staff are not close personal friends and I have no reason to write this review other than giving an honest opinion of my experience of their business.
