E. D.I recently had an accident in my new car. The drivers side wing and mirror were wrecked. My insurance company arranged for Nationwide in Norwich to call me, which they did and they picked the car up from my house the next day. I then stayed in touch with Sara Davey via email as i had trouble answering the phone due to work and also having anxiety, it's hard to talk to people sometimes. But Sara has been brilliant and has kept me informed via email and text. When i went to pick my car up about a week later, my partner noticed that the trim wasn't fitted properly and that there were still visible scratch marks on the alloys. I mentioned this to Sara in the email and asked if it could be fixed and she said they would sort that out for me, which they did. I am so pleased with the help and follow ups that Sara has done for me. Like i said talking can be a big issue for me and i always prefer email. So it made me a lot more relaxed. Thanks so much :)
s. l.Recently had my Alfa repaired here. They picked up my car from my house whilst delivering the loan car ; a new smart car. They did a great job and it looks as good as new and I had the car back within a week.
