Was recommended to NDB from fellow neighbours, and they certainly didn't disappoint. Answered phone very quickly, which often garages don't do, and managed to book my car in later that morning. Recently used these good folks to service and MOT my low mileage MX5 Mk1. It's quite a special little car having done only 20K miles in its 25 year life so I won't trust it to any old garage. It was treated with all the respect and care it deserved. Top notch customer service and very capable engineers that really know their 5's. Very reasonable on price too. If you are a MX5 owner / enthusiast I would recommend NDB.

I recently brought my Kia Ceed to this garage and I was not disappointed with the service. Nigel was a legend all the way through and explained clearly what needed to be done to the car and what I was roughly expected to pay (which is what everyone want to know really). Good work!

Booked MX5 in for oil and filter change. Not sure it made any difference to the oil pressure fluctuating wildly from low to high which is what I wanted sorted out. Maybe I needn't have bothered which would have been nice to have been told.

I had to take my car for an emergency check as I had a petrol leak. Didn’t have an appointment and the guys responded immediately. Always a great service with a nice friendly approach. You pay for what you get. So, if you want quality, original parts, fitted well, by experienced mechanics but you don't want to pay the insane prices at the dealerships then you're not going to go far wrong booking your car in with NDB.

Travelling from London to work in Norwich, I decided to leave my car for servicing and mot at Concorde auto centre in Norwich while I was at work. Later in the day I was told that I needed to pay£600 to get the car fixed which I just couldn’t believe. Luckily a colleague at work recommended NDB auto centre so I took my car there and they sorted out my car without trying to up sell me on things I didn’t need! They even buffed off some scratches I didn’t know I had on the body and gave the car a good clean!! I would travel all the way from London to NDB autos again in a heart beat. It’s rare to find good honest service these days but when you do, you stick with them. Chris is a great guy

I went into meltdown when three warning lights came on in my car last week and went into NDB first thing in the morning, even though he was really busy and had two staff out he agreed to do it for me so I left my car with him and collected it later in the day, superb company, superb service and very friendly, I wasn't late for work and didn't have to have any time off work which was a bonus as we were very short staffed that day. They now have my car booked in for Full Service, MOT and Cam Belt and they have my daughters car in for some repairs, so helping a damsel in distress as paid off for them

Great guys. They can normally fit us in with about 3 days' notice. I know they do Citroën, I think they do Peugeot too. They don't seem to overcharge for anything. Usually when I get the car back they say "it should have cost £X but we've charged you £Y", with Y<X obviously. They're very convenient if you work in Norwich City centre, they open at 8:30 so I drop the car off before work and it's normally ready by lunchtime.
