Excellent service from Pronto. It was an insurance job and, from my perspective, couldn't have been easier. My car was collected from home and a courtesy car dropped off - all timely and painless - and I was kept up to date throughout the time the work was being done. It was returned looking as good as new, and dropped off to my door. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service I received whilst Pronto repaired my car after being involved in a non fault accident. Rhys was the person looking after me. He was very professional & had a very big job to deal with due to the amount of damaged caused I my car. It took just over 7 weeks to repair fully, which Rhys correctly estimated initially & he kept me fully updated every step of the way, I couldn’t fault a thing. My insurance company referred me to Pronto for fairly minor accident damage to offside front of vehicle. They collected the vehicle and returned it when finished, having valeted the vehicle inside and out. I'd be full of praise if the repair had been quick, but it took four weeks. Exceedingly slow, but they did a decent job of the repair. I wouldn't use them again simply due to the time it took.

It was a pleasure in dealing with this company being professional and informative. I took my Tesla for a minor repair to my back bumper and reversing camera due to a third party scrap. Niail who was my main contact was superb and knowledgeable in dealing with my repair, giving me progress reports when needed from the start to me picking up my Tesla within four days. I would certainly recommend this company for any bodywork repairs that’s requiring professional attention.

Pronto repaired my vehicle after a hit and run. Their standard of service was excellent. Rob kept me in touch by updating me every week. Friendly. Reliable. The finish I’m extremely pleased with, car looks almost new. Plus I received a nice air freshener 👍🏻 Overall I’m very pleased with my experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent company to use while my car was in for accident repairs. Within 24 hours my car was picked up and a hire car was given to me for 2 weeks. Pronto was who my insurance company used. Got to say I was very impressed with this garage. They called me on the day my insurance said they would and arranged to come and pick my car up 2 days later. Was called on the morning and told a time he was coming (Tom I think) he took my car and left me with a courtesy car. They then phoned me a few days later to say parts were ordered and I would be kept updated but then got a call 5 days later to say the work was complete so only had my car for just over a week. It was then delivered back to my home so I didn't have any inconvenience of getting to and from garage. The repairs on my car were very good and it had been completely cleaned. Had a scrape in car abs claimed though insurance . Pronto were the insurance companies provider of repairs . From first contact right through to completion, pronto were amazing . Picked the car up, left us with a Courtesy car at same time . They had our car for a little over a week , and kept us updated though the whole time. He telephoned me on two occasions to let me know how the repairs were going and to let me know when my car would be returned to me. A hire car was brought out to me by Ashley which I wasn't happy with so on the following day another member of Pronto's team exchanged it for a more suitable vehicle.
