The car upon collection was absolutely spotless both inside and out and looked like a brand new car, a total credit to all your staff.
The back up provided by all the team, together with the regular updates were extremely helpful, reassuring and informative, together with the supply of a first class courtesy car, all of which was greatly appreciated.

I. H.A large body shop repairer with lots of work which they are finding it difficult to do due to lack of parts availability. Taking a car in 4 weeks before they can get the parts due to insurers actions leaving people with out their own vehicle for weeks, accidents do happen but I feel insurers need to work more closely with repair shops and prioritise those with disabilities due to their mental health needs for adiquite transport for their needs and ability to get around.

T. S.Unfortunately a close encounter with a small deer led to damage to the front bumper of my Porsche Macan.
I went to The Bodycentre as I had used them before on a scratch to another vehicle a few years ago.
Now relocated to different premises, it was pleasing to receive the same high level of customer service and I was treated with total respect and everything about the repair was explained clearly and precisely in an easy to understand way.
The work was booked in and was completed to a very high standard in the time frames originally mentioned.
The courtesy car was clean and of a high standard although not quite a quick as the Macan!!!
I was informed of the progress right the way through the repairs and was contacted a week or so after collection to check that all was still okay and I was happy. A great company and great people, I would highly recommend The Bodycentre for any of their services, it is nice to deal with a company that treats you as an individual rather than just another customer.
