Took my one year old Toyota to this company due to a none fault claim on a rear bumper scrape. I received a very professional and friendly service from the first point of contact via telephone right through to collecting my car. The repair took just three days and on collecting the car I was given a full description of the repair. I scrutinised the repair area and it was as though it had just came out of the showroom, even valeted 😀 I’d recommend this company to family and friends 👍

Excellent company. Insurance appointed garage to repair my car after accident. Curtesy car was excellent and delivered 5days after reported as I am a key worker for NHS. Kept me up to date every week at every stage of repair. Collected my car back today customer service was excellent. Thanks to Jenny and Robin who were the ladies who contacted me weekly and Kurt who was very helpful in the bad weather today. They all were lovely and are a credit to the firm Alton cars. Very good company to deal with. Always a little Dubious when it’s your insurance company’s recommended repairers, but these are excellent! Pay close attention to detail followed up with great customer service! The girl on the reception ( with the tattoos ) is brilliant!

I recently had some damage done to my car on the rear off side wheel arch and Alton cars Nottingham collected my car and I have just had my car delivered back to me and OMG what a phenomenal job they have done! The attention to detail is mind blowing! You would never even know there had been any damage to it! Mark even thoroughly valeted it inside and outside for me before returning it! Thank you all so very much for the care attention and respect shown I am so glad you guys did my car for me! I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone!

My transit custom was hit from behind, both doors along with sport graphics and bumper we’re replaced. The Work was carried out to my total satisfaction, robin from reception kept me up to speed and James the body shop manager talked me through the work carried out. Everybody I encountered was professional and willing to explain things. The guys sorted replacement graphics that I had added to ensure my vehicle came back to me exactly as it was pre accident! I needed a repair on my wing mirror and spoke to Richard who booked an appointment for me the next morning. Fantastic service and my wing mirror looks brand new! I would highly recommend Alton Cars to anyone and the staff are really friendly.

I was unfortunately involved in an accident (the other driver admitted liability). My insurance company arranged for Alton Cars to collect the car and deal with the repairs. The service provided was excellent as was the work done, even a new tyre!. I had to return because I wasn't totally happy with the bonnet alignment, phoned up and was told to pop down at my convenience. It was dealt with there and then and with absolutely no issue - "you need to be happy" I was told - brilliant. Highly recommend.

My car was repaired at Alton Cars Nottingham following a none fault accident. The workman ship was excellent as was their customer service. The body shop manager took the time out of his day to solve a financial issue with the hire car company that supplied a courtesy car. With his help the matter was resolved quickly. I can't recommend this company enough.

Overall a good experience with Alton Cars, repair is to a high standard and the vehicle has been washed and cleaned inside. Colin who collected and returned the vehicle to my work place is a credit to the company, professional and an all round top chap. 05 Mar 2020 JenWil Thank you all at Alton Cars for restoring my faith in customer service after a non fault accident it took a previous garage 2 weeks to tell me they hadn't got my details on their system although I had contacted them twice and they had the photographs too, Alton cars have in that amount of time taken my car in , loaned me a car, repaired my car and sprayed the new door so that you cannot tell it has a new door on, given me back a nice shiny car having valeted it too Friendly obliging staff all across the different members of staff I had contact with, well done all and Thank you again. Keep up the good work.

Alton cars have repaired my car twice in just over a month due to two none fault accidents. I cannot fault their service. I highly recommend them. On the first occasion enterprise messed up and told me the car was ready so I was carless while waiting for the finish which was only a couple of hours. They were brilliant and kept offering me drinks etc. Great finish to the work and friendly people 5* definitely.

Had a courtesy car after an accident in my car. From the delivery of the car to being kept informed about the progress of mine was fantastic. I was well informed and asked about belongings as my car was a write off. The guy (Tony) who came to collect the courtesy car was fabulous and went out of his way to send me back the permit I needed out of my car. A well recommended and reliable service. Alton cars Nottingham recently repaired my vehicle after a non-fault accident. I was contacted the day after my accident and they arranged to collect the vehicle the next day. They turned up when they said they would and we’re friendly and helpful. I was called by Kyle with an update to the damage and insurance progress. Kyle was brilliant and kept me up to date throughout and was more than happy for me to give him a call if needed. When collected the repair had been completed to a very high standard and I was given a walk round of exactly what had been done. Really pleased.

I had a nightmare with my hire car with Hurtz and I had to wait here for 2 and a half hours for a car that never came. They guys there was very nice and looked after me an also did an amazing job on my car repair. They also cleaned my car for me :) They made my experience a little less stressful for me as I was not happy. Thank you !
