Outstanding! When insurance co. couldn't source hire car, they did. Contacted throughout with regular updates. Driver who took away car, delivered courtesy car and returned car: excellent service. Car looking v good. Stressful situation which they dealt with very professionally Thank you Bev Ford

Visited on Thursday 09/12/21 with my wife regarding her car. I have complex health issues with social anxiety and was worried about waiting in the reception while the car was looked at. My worries were unfounded as there was hand sanitizer available and a barrier had been installed to promote social distancing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When the reception team were on the telephone to customers they came across very knowledgeable and polite. All in all it was a positive experience and my wife was happy with the work done on her car. Thank you.

My wife's car was repaired by this centre following an accident. She was very pleased with the work that had been done. Paige the young lady who dealt with my wife on the telephone was very professional and efficient. Her only concern was that she wasn't made aware of the high call chargers when contacting this firm by either the insurers or the company themselves. If that is the cost then she feels it should be covered by the insurance company, not the customer.

I can’t thank AW Accident Repair Centres enough, they are truly fantastic and would highly recommend to all. The efforts they went to, to help us out during such a difficult period were phenomenal after we had just recovered from Covid. The communication between them, our insurance company and ourselves was great and we were constantly kept up to date with the process and stages of repair. The staff were all friendly and approachable and easy to speak with on the phone and were always willing to go the extra mile. Thankyou AW for repairing my Jaguar Xtype. I am extremely happy it wasn't written off and that it could be repaired to a high standard. Everyone I spoke to over the phone or in person was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This making the insurance repair/claim process stress free. My car was dropped off on the arranged day, enterprise provided a rental that morning and my car was ready by the scheduled date where I left the rental with AW and collected my Jag. Can't ask for better service than that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Insurance arranged for body work and wheel refurbishment following an accident. Very pleased with results. Good quality finish to bodywork and paint. Only two wheels required refurbishment (diamond cut alloys) but they had all done so they matched up. Communication great throughout, regularly updated, available when needed and communicated updates with car rental company so I didn’t have to. A day after having my vehicle returned it developed an error with the ACC system. While I didn’t think this was linked to AW’s work I asked if they’d noticed the issue while they had the car. They immediately offered to take a look and provided a remedy.

I recently had my car repaired. It had been in an accident. I was quite happy. The communication was good I was kept up to date. I was given a car to tide me over so there was no pressure. The work looks good and I'm happy to have my car back on the road again.

Enjoyed my experience with this repair centre. I obtained 2 quotes from 2 repair shops, they were pretty much identical. The AW staff though communicated much better with me, providing all possible details and trying to full-fill all my needs. The courtesy car could be better (very small, flat tiers, almost no gas), but in terms of the work and communication I can highly recommend this place.

Great service and work. Kept me informed about the repairs every step of the way and do not start until they have ordered the parts they believe they will need. Downside is the size of their curtousey car which is a Micra. Very efficient but not great if you have a larger family and therefore drive a larger car.

Really liked the bright orange courtesy car. Was distinctive and easy to find when looking for a less than usual vehicle. Feel more repairers should use "look at me" coloured cars as courtesy vehicles.
