I can’t recommend this company enough, after doing loads of research on who to trust, I sent my Audi R8 callipers off on the Monday and they sent them back on the same Friday all finished . I love the colour and the quality of work and for a bargain price, If you are thinking about getting your callipers painted then use these guys, my friend is also going to send his callipers off as he was so impressed with mine. I’ve already posted these photos on the R8 forum.Thank-you BCS Christmas has come early this year.

What can I say. I wish all companies operated like BCS. After making a phone call and making a payment. Calipers were collected promptly the next day and once they had the package in their hands they sent me a confirmation email of receipt. Calipers were completed in the agreed time and again sent back on next day delivery. Quality was amazing and I was thoroughly impressed. I chose to go for a Mclaren orange colour which was a bit fiddly in terms of a colour match as I had to match my rear calipers but BCS went over and beyond to get everything perfect. Great company to deal with and incredibly trustworthy. Will definitely deal with them again.

I was given the contact details of BCS Automotive by my MOT guy when I found that my rear brakes could really do with a refurb. I emailed BCS with my car details and requested a quotation for my rear brakes to be refurbished, who then responded very quickly. Once I had removed the brakes from my car (1998 Nissan 200SX) I emailed BCS confirming that I wished to go ahead and they informed me of the process for getting the brakes over to them. I received email updates once the brakes had been received and confirmation of the work to be carried out. 2 days after receipt confirmation and payment I received the newly refurbished brakes back to me and I couldn't be happier with the work that has been carried out. This company was professional in their finished product. I spoke with them before on the phone. They were pleasant and they took on the job of restoring my old toyota brake caliper which was seized. It made sense to do them both and as a gesture of good will they offered a discount for the fronts also. The calipers have been put to good use and are still functioning efficently after nearly 9 months. I had them painted also which has made them appear as new. I must say the calipers i gave them were near 20 years old so they did an amazing job to restore them. Thank You BCS for your work and efforts in restoring the calipers i gave you, packaging them well to be returned with their original nuts and bolts and for doing such a fantastic job. There was a slight delay on the return of the product which was understandable, better to have it done well and returned once than back and forwards in shipping several times. I gave them a pair of callipers both in a terrible state so much so I bought very expensive replacements to go on my car instead as I thought they were beyond repair! Well after having them back off BCS I can confidently say they look better than new manufacturer supplied parts! So you can guess where I put those! I had a second hand set of BMW M Sport Estoril Blue Brembo calipers that I wanted repainting in M Performance Red. I paid for the premium service BCS offers (life time warranty) and the price was still the cheapest I found for a re-painting service. But don't let that put you off; the finish on the calipers is as good (if not better) as the factory paint. The correspondence was top notch throughout the entire process and someone always replied to emails in a timely manner. Once BCS had received my calipers the turnaround was extremely fast (2 - 3 days). I can't recommend this company enough for your brake Caliper re-painting needs.

Amazing company! I was expecting a 'normal' post-covid customer service from BCS, only to be as surprised as I was impressed. I was blown away by the actual work they did on my brakes and just as blown away by how I was treated. I'm 64 years old and have seen the whole spectrum good and bad service. BCS have somehow set a new high for me, they are truly spectacular at looking after people. Even once I had paid, they couldn't do enough and there was an aftercare booklet that I had to pass onto my mechanic which even he was impressed with. What I will say is that I had quotes from 3 other companies and BCS was well above the highest priced, but all the way through the quote process, I just felt like they were the most professional and knowledgeable and so I did choose BCS in the end. I'm glad I did and I can see what they spend the extra money they get from their customers on. It has to be better staff and a well equipped workshop allowing them more time to do great work.

After reading so many positive reviews I requested some work for my Forge front and VW rear calipers. I sent in the request before hand asking about a specific colour and was informed this could be done if a colour sample was sent in which I did. Later I received an email requesting further money for a colour change? I thought this has already been discussed and charged but no problem, the total cost was now circa £700 so was getting a little on the heavier side than what I was hoping. I then received an email stating one of the 36mm pistons was seized and I would need to source the replacements myself. Ok, I asked for the sizes and ordered the 30,36,38 as guided I also explained I was needing the vehicle for a set date but was assured this would be fine. The pistons and seals arrived and I was told that workshop had messed up and it was 32,36,38 that was required and that they had spoken to Forge to get these exchanged, this was on a Wednesday and I was due away the following Wednesday, again I was assured this would be ok time wise. On the Friday I contacted Forge direct. I offered to pay for the new replacements and they informed me they hadn't yet received the original parts back. As there were time constraints Forge agreed to issue new pistons and seals right away. these were shipped on Friday and arrived on the Monday for fitting. I informed BCS and again spoke of my Wednesday deadline which was to be met without issue. The calipers didn't leave Monday after all and were scheduled for collection Tuesday. Parcel Force then didn't deliver them on the Wednesday (the day I was due to leave) so I then had to chase them to get a confirmation that that they would arrive on Thursday. At last they arrived and I began fitting, the rears were finished very well however when I got to the fronts the finish was not quite what I expected for the money. I had to clean off the mounting plates myself as these had been painted and what looked like some kind reaction had taken place, the reacted areas would be seen, I was now two days late for my holiday, so I just needed to get them fitted. When I came to the banjo fittings the sealing points had also been painted over leaving me with only paint to seal. I questioned this and was told they would be ok to fit on the painted surface. Against my better judgement I did this, however once I reached my destination had them removed and rectified. I have been in Motorsport for years and have never fitted a mating surface that had been painted due to the chance of failure A perfect storm of errors lead me to lose two days of my holiday and more time when reaching my destination, not what i'd expect from a service costing this amount. I am quibbling over price, no, you get what you pay for but I would have expected a better finish and service. I do sincerely hope this is just a one off as I was wanting to send my Alfa QV calipers for a refurb, i'm now quite reluctant.

You wont be dissapointed! From start to finish, I cant speak more highly of the service, communication and most of all, the finish of the work provided. My brakes required a hydrualic service and whilst in I decided to have them painted. Total turnaround time was just over a week which is incredible given the current climate but I am now left with two shiny brake calipers that look that good, I dont want to put them back on the car!

Absolute FANTASTIC quality and service from BCS. Took a pair of Brembo 4 pot calipers to BCS for painting but was unsure of the colour, the guys at BCS showed me a few examples and made recommendations and the decision was made. Shortly after leaving the calipers in their good hands, I received an email with their quotation for painting and decals, paid online via the link in the email and that was it...incredibly easy process. Less than 24 hours later, I received an email to say my Brembo calipers were ready....I was amazed how quickly they had been done. Called the BCS office to confirm they were ready....the lady in the office was very helpful and asked if I would like a few pics of finished calipers. BCS quickly sent me photos of my Brembos....they looked incredible !! Received my calipers a few days later, extremely well packaged to ensure no damage in transit, unwrapping them felt like Xmas lol. The quality of the paintwork was amazing, these are honestly beautiful and a credit to the guys at BCS for their workmanship. It's obvious these guys are passionate about their work and 100% customer satisfaction is their goal. Can't thank BCS enough....if you're looking to have your brake calipers refurbed/rebuilt, don't hesitate in getting in touch with them.

Although my calipers didn't require painting this time, the mechanical work carried out appears to have been done to a high standard and I look forward mounting the kit. I had front calipers for RAV4 2.2d Invincible (2013-2018) refurbished and then painted in gun metal grey afew months ago and now it was time for rear calipers. Same package as front… Process is seamless and although I didn't require them back quickly I had them returned within 7 days of posting. I had my track car calipers refurbed with BCS and they now look and function well. It is good to know that they ensure that all of the components are working within spec and in my case a couple of pistons had to be replaced. Would definitely recommend them, they kept me well informed and the price was reasonable, especially as I just had the basic anti rust paint applied.

Due to a binding rear caliper on my 2006 BMW Z4, I sent the pair off to BCS for a refurb following a recommendation on the Z4 Forum. They collected via parcelforce on 16th June and were back to me today 22nd June. The whole process throughout was straightforward and responsiveness via email was always within 10 mins, usually less. The calipers themselves look like new and I'm so chuffed with the final product the finish is their standard gun metal grey (pictured). Update: Sent my front calipers off as the NSF was binding on 17th Oct and back on 21st, calipers once again look fantastic and service and experience equally as great as my previous time.

I booked with one of BCS special offer pre payment promotions for their high end Calliper refurbishing/ repainting plus manufacturer logo replacement. In this case it was for my 1997 Porsche 993 Carrera 4S, with its original Porsche 'Big Red' brakes. It was quite a while before I was ready to supply the calipers off the car. The booking was still current and BCS did a superb job on the callipers with their lifetime warrantied finish, they look spectacular. The turnaround time was still very quick, making allowance for the current Covid circumstances. I personally couldn't recommend them highly enough. Paul Beedham

I shipped the rear calipers from my E55 Wagon to BCS in very rough condition. I live in the USA and couldn't find anyone reputable enough for the results I was looking for on this side of the pond. I have been following BCS online for a while and was always impressed by the work they were doing. Spent ages trying to find a spare set of rear calipers for a 22yr old MR2 Mk2 SW20. Ended up buying a second hand set that needed a lot of work - piston was stuck and others had basically said they were past it. After talking to BCS they were happy to refurbish them at a very reasonable price. Excellent and responsive customer service over email and phone. I paid in advance after receiving a quote for the work and they kept me updated with the process until I got the calipers back - end to end about a week. Finish is excellent with paint making them better looking and more protected than a stock new aftermarket part (and for a better price in my case). More than happy with end result and couldn't recommend this company highly enough for this type of work. What they achieved with what I sent over was nothing short of amazing, folk at BCS know exactly what they're doing.

Pictures do not do these guys justice. Collected my car today, and as soon as we pulled into the car park my car stood out immediately. Brilliant job done on my C63 calipers! I dropped the car off yesterday at 8am and collected at 4pm today, they even rectified a separate underlying issue with my brake system during the work, no hidden prices and no surprises. Hats off to Marc and Richard for making the whole process from booking stage to the work nice and effortless. Friendly staff on site, prompt replies with my emails, I certainly won’t hesitate to use them again and will be continuing the recommendations in the forums. They were recommended to myself by another AMG owner, so I was more than happy to get my car in with them I had all four of my Brembo’s painted in their native OEM red colour with black AMG decals. Used BCS to revive and refurbish my rusty, tired OEM calipers rather than buying another, possibly lower quality set from an auto factors. Very professional and courteous service. Opted for the High End paint finish which looks great, far better than a basic electroplate finish on cheap refurbs. Well impressed with this firm. I own a rare japanese import, and it would have cost me £400 for a new rear caliper because i couldn't even cross reference the part number to anything that would fit from other cars. Sent it to BCS for £80 caliper refurb, couple days turnaround. The caliper looks better than i could have imagined. It was sh4gged when i sent it and it came back looking like a new part, nicely painted and works spot on as expected. Will go back here if i ever need a brake caliper doing again. 5*

Haven't had chance to install and use the calipers yet but the service I received in person was great. Needed to be sure the paint wasn't applied too thickly as clearance between the caliper and disc was tight - already had to remove some metal to clear the discs. It was good to meet in person and explain this - everyone I met was helpful and friendly. Turnaround was good though I didn't need them urgently for my car. Wasn't cheap but I had no other quote to compare it to.

Booked my Audi TT in to have all four wheels refurbished. Paid for the service upfront and was alloted a date to drop the car off.. car went in early Wednesday and was ready late Thursday evening. On arrival it was pointed out to me that the wheels weren't up to the standard I was expecting, do my car was booked in again two weeks later for them to be redone. I spoke to Richard, the owner, and we agreed on what we both expected the standard to be. As a way of apology, Richard offered to refurbish my calipers while my car was with them. Collected my car today and I have to say I am highly delighted with the finish they've achieved on my wheels, calipers looked really good too. So despite a false start, a few communication issues along the way, I can highly recommend BCS . The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. My only slight criticism would be that although they are very good at what they do... Maybe turn down work if you are really busy and give the customer quality every time.

Sent my ST170 calipers off for a "unseize and repair" service, this was unsuccessful which I expected as they were in a bad way. They did a full refurbishment at a great price and honoured a discount I had on the quote a week after the promotion expired. Got them back after just over 2 weeks in now full working perfect condition in a lovely grey colour that comes as standard with the service I paid for. Not yet fitted to the car but I am sure they will be 100 times better than what they were before.

The paint finish on my callipers was impeccable. Staff were friendly. The cost was over £700. Plus overnight accommodation costs. But when I had to drive back to London with poor brakes due to incorrect bleeding . I was not happy , had to go slow , took me forever . Trying to claim back the cost of getting it done by the main dealer , never happened . Company Director didn’t think it was worth me going main dealer on a 2 year old Porsche. So never got reimbursed.

Sent my mk1 uno turbo brakes in for refurb and paint as getting new ones is like finding hens teeth (and also as a test for the company I work for, we look after a lot of old Italian modern classics). Overall excellent quality of work to a very high standard. Communication at the start was a chore, but I understand that workplace illnesses can set things back and the response from the company owner was second to none in resolving my issues. Once my brakes were in the system there was a 2 week turn round which is more than acceptable for the quality of work given. It'll be a month or two before the build starts. Thank you bcs team.

Couldn’t recommend BCS enough, I had a full colour change on my 6 pot front and rear callipers. The level of quality was amazing, the photos below speak for themselves. Their pricing, communication and turn around time is spot on. Will definitely use BCS again for future projects.

Overall i'm happy with the result, would i use the service again, probably not.. The colour match is good and seems long lasting. Some imperfections here and there in the paint though which i wasn't impressed about, especially for the price you pay. I was told they couldn't avoid this (around the brake pipes on the caliper) The Decals were also a different size to OEM which i wasn't too happy about. They said they would send me out a replacement set of decals but they never did. Also the same story with the VAT invoice i've asked for numerous times. Another thing to take into consideration is the time it takes. They quote 5 working days on their website i believe, in reality it took around 3 weeks. The turnaround time and communication is the real let down for the service in my opinion..

Unfortunately, I never used these guys as I couldn't get my car in as they were so booked up which shows how good they must be. I paid online beforehand for a discount and when asked if I could have a refund as I needed it doing earlier, they did so immediately. Their customer service was excellent and they replied to every email as soon as was possible. Looking at other companies to do the work may be cheaper but is usually proof that you get what you pay for. I only wish they had the space available for me to bring in my car - which I would have done without hesitation. I think if you want the best you need to choose these guys. Ignore the few fake poor reviews you can see that are probably left by their bitter and desperate rivals, I have seen their work on friends cars and have never seen better. I'm really very disappointed I can't get in with them.

Bought some calliper paint from BCS to smarten up the brakes on my Boxster. Well packaged kit, arrived on time. To the included instructions I would add: use a decent etch primer before adding your first (thin) coat, and be prepared to sand the second coat to remove runs / bubbles before adding a third (very thin) coat. Spoke to the guys at BCS to clarify a couple of points and they were very helpful. You won’t achieve professional results doing it in your own garage, but for the price you can get surprisingly close provided you are thorough and very patient.

Was booked for high end paint on my Brembos and rear calipers in Porche red and to have my alloys in hyper bright silver. They would have my car for 2 days but unfortunately on the second day I was told they were having trouble bleeding my brakes. Not their fault but I needed VagCom to bleed the system and initially thought there would be no one nearby that could do this at short notice. Marc let me know he found someone but it would be tomorrow it could be fitted in. At first he offered me the train fare home (Nottingham to Luton), but then said that Arron was going to be dropping me off to my house. I was shocked as it's quite far but that's what be did. I arranged a recovery lorry to transport my vehicle to the Vag garage and made my way up the next day. Was very happy with the way BCS handled the situation and tried rectifying/making sure I got home. it was an unfortunate situation that wasn't their fault but something they handled great. Big thanks to Marc and Arron for dropping me home (in his own car). the wheels look great and the calipers look fantastic. 5 stars would recommend to anyone. Top notch service and too quality work.

Excellent Service and Workmanship My Mercedes and Audi convertibles needed a good makeover as the calipers were in really bad condition having added new alloy wheels to each car . My trusted garage, Powerhouse in Derby, told me about Brake Caliper Services and on that recommendation I got some prices from BCS and got my calipers to them for a full refurbishment and painting service with decals. I went for the Brembo Red on both sets. I had read some reviews about delays etc but those reviews did not deter me as I was also told about BCS from another trusted source. I had a slight 2 day delay but this was down to a part from Audi taking long, but whats new with manufacturers dealing with orders!. The guys at BCS kept me updated at each stage and true to their word they made up for the delay as I had my cars sitting and waiting at my garage so I was on a tight timescale. Well I can honestly say that BCS are very very very good at their work. When the calipers returned and were fitted to my cars it just gave them that wow factor head turning look, as they complemented the new alloys that got. My garage even rang me up to say the cars were ready and even they said " the look f*@king good!. I trust their judgement without question. I now trust BCS to only deal with my calipers to be painted etc, in fact my Land Rover is due next for the BC treatment so testament to how good this company is and the high quality of their workmanship is the best and their reputation exceeds them.

Took my 29 year old calipers and worked their magic- I could not believe they were the same ones when I got them back as I honestly thought they were going to tell me they were too far gone. Recommended BCS to a friend who had his wife's Porsche Boxter calipers refurbished after seeing the job they did on mine and he is very pleased with the results too. Cannot recommend BCS enough- they do a great job, keep you informed of your calipers progress through the workshop and contact you if anything crops up that needs your approval. In my case, this was a replacement piston which was badly corroded. My only gripe is that I'm going to have to get new wheels so the refubished calipers can be seen!

I have recently used BCS to have my big brake kits overhauled. This includes 6 pot, 4 pot and specialised handbrake calipers, the quality of workmanship and finish is fantastic, what an amazing job BCS, I am delighted with the work. Brake Caliper Specialists did a fantastic job on rebuilding the rare Sumitomo Spirit R calipers for my Mazda RX-7. They had custom pistons machined to replace the corroded stock components, as well as matching the colour of other anodised components on the car. The finish was second to none, turn-around was about 5-6 weeks, but that was amazing with all the work they required. Furthermore, they are a company that is genuinely interested in the feedback of their customers. They contacted my immediately after I received the parts back to see that I was happy with the finish, and have contacted me at intervals to know how they were holding up.

Sent off my calipers on the 13th of February, with them arriving on the 15th. I was notified on the 19 that they had passed the prepaint inspection and they confirmed what work I required for the calipers. Perfectly happy with this. I rang on the 22nd for an update and was told they would be finished and shipped out the following day. Being a bit hasty I booked my car into the garage for the 28th. On the 26th I rang and asked for a tracking reference so that I could be home for delivery, only to be told that they were still in quality control and would be shipped out the next day. Slightly annoying as I had to reschedule the garage, but not the end of the world. The calipers arrived on the 28th and I am beyond pleased with the result, the work was done to my exact specification and to a very high standard. I will definitely be recommending BCS

My dad sent his classic mini calipers in to get a refurbishment. He’s restoring the car and just wanted to make sure everything was working. After the calipers were received by Brake Calipers Specialists, my dad received a phone call from a lady letting him know that calipers had arrived and were going to get checked over. The lady ran through the estimate to make sure everything was as he expected and told him it could take up to 13 working days to complete the work. A couple of days later, he received a phone call from a guy called Marc telling him the calipers had been checked over and and a couple of pistons were required due to corrosion. My dad expected this and asked if all pistons be could be replaced. This was fine as they had all bits in stock along with all replacement seals. Some upgrade options were offered such as further paint options for a better finish and longer warranty. As my dad just wanted a refurb, he declined the additional paint service. The calipers arrived back about 5 working days later, well ahead of schedule which my dad was very impressed with. The calipers arrived back with all new parts and painted in a grey paint that is part of the service.I have to admit that the calipers looked fantastic and new. My dad is extremely impressed with everything from the workmanship to the service he had received. I am currently looking at getting my calipers painted by them after seeing some of the pictures they have on their website.

The calipers on Jaguar XE R-Sport were becoming a bit of an eye-sore (unpainted steel) and searched for 2-part paint everywhere. Eventually came across BCS and within a week had the paint in my hands. They supplied everything needed (except a brush for some reason).
