Having booked my car in with Parkway Volkswagen Derby for intake valve carbon cleaning only to be called and told there was nothing wrong with it and if I did want to go ahead it would be 10 hours labour at main dealer prices I quickly looked around for an alternative and found these guys, on the back of great reviews from Volkswagen forum members I decided to call them up and was immediately put at ease by one of their Technicians who happily talked me through the process of what needed to be done and that it's something they deal with often. The bill came in much lower than I expected and my car has been spot on from cold so to say i'm a satisfied customer is an understatement. Highly recommended.

Definitely one of the better outfits, they've kept me informed re work, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the so so reviews re price, I've found the prices to be ok and more importantly they always do a good job regarding any repairs.

C & R Enterprises are the only people who could get my reluctant A6 TDi to start and run. I was kept informed (mostly) on what parts were needed and what needed to be done to get it through the MOT. The final bill was higher than I originally expected but I cannot fault the work that was carried out. If I did'nt live 20+ miles from them I'd probably use them more often.
