Fantastic service. Got me in same day I rang as I needed my car fixed as soon as. Ran into problem but I was informed every time via a phone call. Great and honest pricing for the job just an all round honest and hard working team of people. Definitely using again :)

These people are a Genuine and Honest Business . I took My Black VW BEETLE to them and they were so helpful and polite and could not have been more professional . The prices were fair and honest ( they have to make a living !) . They put me a new Window mechanism in and called me when job was finished . SUPER SERVICE AT FAIR AND HONEST PRICES . This was my first time using Colwick Road Garage for an interim service and an mot. I like to know that my cars are in safe hands and with Steve and Sam I'm glad to say its a yes they are. It is important that us as motorists support independent garages if they do a good job. I have always been reluctant to use main agent repairers as you pay over the top prices to support fancy car show rooms and share holders and director bonuses. You can never get through to speak to a mechanic just a call centre who usually don't know one end of a car from the other. What a refreshing change it was then to be able to speak to Sam and Steve and for them not to sell me something I didn't need. The best marketing tool is always good service and word of mouth. You guys ticked the good service box so it's up to me and others now to tick the word of mouth box. See you next week with my sons car.

Colwick Road Garage went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. I was quoted £1,700 at a different garage to get my ABS pump replaced, and for two new coils after my car failed it’s MOT. But they managed to get this all done for half the price plus a new MOT. From the moment I called they did all they could to support me, including recommending where to purchase a new ABS pump with a good warranty for them to fit. They also fit me in as soon as they could, scheduling around their existing bookings. Thanks to the team! (And for the car air freshener and key ring)

I found this garage after needing a place closer to home to carry out my MOT. After seeing some great reviews on Google, I booked my car in to support an independent local business. I was greeted with friendly conversation and excellent customer service and felt like my car was in good hands. I popped back in later and they explained the work that needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost, and they managed to fit the replacements that same afternoon ready for collection in the evening. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely use this garage in the future.

Sent here on recommendation from another garage that couldn't do the work, got me in at short notice and did a great job also kept me informed about the small extra bit of welding work and any problems that arose so no nasty surprises upon collecting the car. Great garage and great service highly recommended if you want any work doing will certainly be using again in the future.

Fantastic garage, super clean with a excellent attention to detail. I went in to get my wheels realigned and the staff noticed there was a major crack in one of my wishbones too. Showed it to me and explained it was better to have it fixed now than to leave it. The car was booked in repaired and on the road in 2 days. Brilliant work nice friendly people, warm seating areas too which was fantastic in this cold weather, well recommended.

Fantastic solid service from start to end. This was my first visit and I found the technicians at the garage to be very informative and helpful. So much so that in all honesty I think I learned more about my car and Audi than I did from the Audi service centre when it had its first service. Great place to have your car MOT, its warming up so I had my aircon filled too, easy, reliable. CRGs prices are reasonable and I wont go anywhere else, one of the mechanics saw that I had a scuff on my bumper, polished it out while the car was there - no charge! its the little things that, that make me want to keep coming back. My car broke down, so I had it recovered to Colwick Road Garage at 3pm. I also had to get my car back on the road that same day in an emergency. The boss was very helpful and reassuring, including the female mechanic. They got me back on the road at 5pm the same day. Highly recommend this garage as the service is impeccable
