J. M.I had an issue with an Isofix child seat that was 'lodged & stuck' in my car. I telephoned the baby seat manufacturers who advised my to try my local Halfords and they should be able to assist. As a matter of fact Halfords were absolutely useless and totally clueless of what to do and did exactly help. They suggested a local garage..! Simon Thompson at Cotgrave Service Station could not have been more helpful, as a matter of fact, he was brilliant both in his customer service skills and politeness. Nothing was a problem as he resolved my issues and my stress levels returned to normal. Both Simon and his colleague - Mark were absolutely amazing. What more can I say...

The team were calm, efficient and got me on my way in no time.
