Nothing short of amazing service not only did he answer the phone at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon but he said it was OK for my partners daughter to bring her car down and he would take a look at why she couldn’t get 2nd gear. He made no promises about fixing it but in 10 mins he had diagnosed the fault, borrowed a part of his own car which was the same and she was able to get on her way safely. Superb!

I travelled over from Jersey in my VW van to bring 9 bikes for a group of Junior Triathletes who were racing in the UK. I had the misfortune to break down at 4.00pm on a Friday afternoon in Beeston, Nottingham. I phoned a number of garages who all were unable to help, given that they were about to close. Fortunately, this wasn't the case with Zak at DNA Autocare, who couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged for a recovery truck to take my van down to his garage in Nottingham. His very helpful team were still there when we arrived (even though it was after the time they were due to close). They helped take the bikes off the van to store securely in their workshop, and assured me that they would look at the van first thing Saturday morning and phone me with an update. The next day I had a call at 10.30am to say the van had been fixed and that I could come and collect it - this was a huge relief as I had to take the bikes to Loughborough for 7.00am Sunday morning, other wise there would have been 9 very disappointed young athletes. I can't recommend Zak and his team highly enough - very friendly, very professional and a very competitive price. Thank You Zak and DNA Autocare.

Im pretty new to Nottingham but found DNA autocrat on google - saw the great reviews and decided to call. They were able to fit me in straight away and when I arrived they had a look at my car straight away. The customer service is amazing - Zack the owner of the business is very friendly and sociable. He conversed with me whilst the car was being repaired and made half an hour fly by. The guy working on the car was professional and friendly; he walked me through the work he had done. I experienced a drivetrain problem last night but I need to use my car this afternoon so I was only shooting for a hope to see if the problem can be solved this morning. Zac and his colleague have been superbly helpful, friendly and the service is fast! From diagnosing what the problem was to get everything sorted, it was just about an hour! Honestly cant reccomend DNA enough. was 2.5hrs away from home when my driveshaft decided it didnt want to drive anymore and fell off. with only a cheap car jack and no tools i was stranded when Zak pulled up infront of me even after seeing car after car drive by and lent me a few tools to get my car back on its travels! a swift fix to get the car moving and i was back on my way - 100 miles later the car was home safe and sound ready for me to fix properly this week! 100% would recommend him for you car worries. I'm pretty handy with cars and able to carry out most jobs, from clutch changes to identifying and fixing electrical gremlins. However I don't always have the time, and sometimes I get stuck. Whenever I'm either stuck for time or stuck for ideas on how to fix one of the family cars, I use these guys. Knowledgeable, professional and reasonably-priced; this is my go-to garage for sorting any issues. I've used them a few times now and never had any problems with the work carried out, which has always been performed in a timely manner and to a high standard with great attention to detail. Awesome dog kicking around the premises most of the time too. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend Zak and his Team enough like the other reviewers say 5 stars are definitely not enough and they are way more better then just “Good Guys”. Zak has been sorting my car out since 2014 with repairs from speedometer, suspension, keyless door issue, battery, exhaust etc (nearly everything as I have an old car). He has done repairs on a few of my relative’s cars too and they have been really impressed. He is very knowledgeable as we all have different make cars and he has been able to repair all of them. He has always come out taken my car sorted it out and dropped it off. I have never had any issues with any of the repairs he has done. His team is willing to go to other locations and sort the car out (when I have broken down), they are very flexible and always have a positive attitude. They are able to check the car the same day I call them and if its repairable there and then they will sort it or if it requires parts they will let me know the time it will take. Zak will keep me updated on what’s going on and when the repairs will be completed, always quotes me the total price (very reasonable too) before any repairs are carried out. I don’t trust anyone else doing repairs to my car and would only want Zak and his team to have a look at it as they definitely know what they are doing. Keep up the excellent work. I would definitely recommend Good Guys Garage :o)

Excellent experience with DNA. My car’s battery had died and called I DNA for a mobile repair they arrived on time and sorted my battery out efficiently. The mechanic was very friendly and clearly knew his stuff. The repair was inexpensive and they also sorted out the paperwork I needed for my car warranty. The exhaust came off my car last night and I was as worried it would need a whole new exhaust. I called a few places this morning and spoke to Zak who was do helpful. I sent him some photos and he assured me it only needed a new clamp which was a huge relief, I took it in on my lunch break and it was fitted there and then. Great service and very honest, other companies may well have said I needed a new exhaust and I would have paid it, even though it was not needed. Got me out of a hole. Stayed open late so my car could be recovered then did a superb job replacing clutch and related parts inc gearbox cables ready for me to return 300miles home. Been to many garages around the country and this is up there in the top 2. Took thier business cards and recommended to friends around the area. If I lived nearer it would be my go to garage. You get more than you pay for and their prcing is upfornt and honest.

What and brilliant and fast service!!!! I was in Nottingham staying with family and my cars steering suddenly came nearly impossible to turn and the battery light cane on.. It was by a word of mouth recommendation that I found DNA Autocare so rang them. It’s a big worry for me being a woman who knows zero about cars. Anyhow, I took the car in the next day. They said if I had any problems getting there, just to ring them. They sent me photos via What’s App while they were doing the work to explain what exactly the problems were. I gave the go ahead for the work and it was all fixed by the next day. My little, old car now has many more miles in her thanks to them. Definitely would recommend DNA Autocare to everyone.

Came across this outfit some time ago - fixed cylinder head on daughter's Corsa, no problems since and competitively priced. Used them several times since for both daughters cars and always good service. Called them (Zak) today after brakes locked on my BMW after is had been stood for 4 months and he advised how to fix it it without charge (within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon). Exactly what you're looking for in a garage - competent, friendly, good response and, perhaps most importantly, you get the sense that you are being charged fairly for the service.

Have been using these guys for years and never regret it. Always reliable, professional, courteous and excellent value for money. Even came from Dewsbury to have my car done here because I know there will be no unnecessary charges and that I can trust them to do a good job on any work that is required. Have had several services with no work needed at all. Zak always tells you what can wait and what has to be done straight away (if anything) and the work he does is always at a good price. He repaired rather than replaced where that was posdible and got me a car to use while mine was being done. He even came in late one evening outside of usual hours so I could pick up my car without having to take time off work, which really helped me out. Can't fault them. Highly recommend them and will certainly continue to use them in future.

Second time with them. They will sort your car out promptly as they definitely know what they are doing and they are professional. However this time I've been charged £168 for a battery fitting. 20 minutes of work. Extra expenses had been added for "fixing" a pipe with a plastic tie and obviously £45 were for the call.

I have been having trouble with my car ever since I bought it second hand last year, there was a knocking noise that no one could diagnose, lots of parts were replaced but the knocking was still there, went back to the dealer twice, they said there was nothing wrong! Really frustrating when you know there is. Car wouldn't start today. Turned on ignition Nothing. Rang Zak and he was at my home within the hour. After examination it was found that a new battery was needed. Zak had one in his vehicle and he fitted it immediately. He then checked the alternator etc to make sure nothing else was amiss. Within 15 minutes of his arrival my car was up and running. Just had my car seen to at home following a complete breakdown and being let down by my regular garage. Prompt telephone response initially and came out as promised.
