Due to some less than brilliant experiences at main dealers for the aftercare of caravans and cars I decided to use East Midlands caravan servicing for my caravan annual service. They were independent mobile, local and all the reviews looked excellent apart from a couple. I’ve got to say how pleased I am I chose them. Andy was absolutely first class, from his manner, knowledge and professionalism to suggestions about other caravan and camper van tips, I can’t see I could ever get a better service. It was brilliant being able to see the amount of work going into the service, the detail and care that was taken. This was thorough beyond what I’d expected and really in depth. I would highly recommend Andy, he genuinely takes real pride and care in what he does and is a real source of information and advice. Thanks Andy for a real quality service at a very reasonable cost. If like me you were a little unsure who to chose for your next caravan service, I hope this makes the choice easier for you to make.

Comes out to us and carries out habitation checks and damp reports keeping up with our manufacturers warranty. Cheaper than any dealer we have previously used and hassle free with him being mobile. We run a small fleet of motorhomes that we hire out. On many occasions Andy has gone above and beyond to help us fix problems with the vans so we don't have to let customers down. Very professional and highly knowledgeable guy. Andy also does all our gas and habitation checks. Great value and great service. Highly recommend dealing with this company.

East Midland Caravan Service has service my caravan for a number of years and has been excellent, He even came out replace a fuse in my hot water system and showed me how to replace one in the future. I have been caravaning since 1969 and his is one of the best I have come across. He is fitting me a Powertouch Motor Mover as he is a approved engineer. I would highly recommend him.

Cant recommend Andrew enough. I can't comment on other aspects of work but he knows his electrics and fridges! No one would touch my Waeco CRX65 when it stopped working. Andrew had diagnosed the problem and temp fixed it within half an hour of me arriving. On a Sunday. He has ordered the replacement part and he showed me how to install it myself so i don't have to make the long drive to see him again.

I use EMCS for my motorhome habitation servicing. Never have to wait to long for an appointment (phoned Monday he was here this morning, Friday). Excellent standard of workmanship, everything checked and serviced. MH left in a clean and tidy condition afterwards. Pricing is very good. No hesitation in recommending EMCS to fellow motorhomers. So much better than the shoddy service I used to get from the Main Dealers.
