If having car trouble and live in Beeston area would really recommend using J & B Auto, - friendly, professional service, and resolved/fixed my cars fault in time frame agreed. Really impressed, and so were my kids as they got a Heroes chocolate in January, from the garage too!

Booked an appointment at 1212 hrs and paid £60+ as an deposit, was clearly informed that deposit is only un-refundable if there is a last minute cancellation. Rang back the garage at 1430hrs on the same day to cancel the appointment, was told that no deposit will be refunded at all. Just a note for future users to be cautious with the booking system. Not used their car services yet, unable to comment on other aspect. -- Update on the above incident: Business owner made contact and promptly made refund after making aware of the incident. Matter was dealt in a very friendly and professional manner. She also clearly outlined the 3 day cancellation policy which helps a lot in clearing and future dispute. Promised that she will communicate this with her team. Impressed with her level of commitment and dedication to customer service. Would go back for their car service in future when needed.

Having regularly used J and B autos for all my mot/ services, I have always been impressed with their friendliness, helpfulness and customer service. My exhaust started to fall off going to work this week, so in a panic and without an appointment, I popped in to see if the garage could help. Just assuming they could give me advice as it was 8am in the morning! The warm and friendly welcome and calmness from both reception staff was much needed! They both went out of their way to help me, even managed to check my car that morning (when I wasn’t expecting they could), let me know the issue within an hour. Bearing in mind, they were busy with their own pre booked appointments!l, had it sorted by lunch and then, as I was working late and could not collect, volunteered to DRIVE my car HOME so I could use it the next day! This was amazing. I can’t rate these guys highly. Having moved to Beeston, I didn’t know the area well so went by good reviews and am so glad I chose them even though it’s not the nearest garage to me Brilliant company and really appreciate them. Thank you!

I have been going to J & B Autos for the past five years and have had numerous car troubles over the years! I cant fault their service over the time going out of their way to get me back on the roads every single time. I had an engine fault on the way to work and whilst panicking I rang them and they got me in straight away. Great service, reasonable prices and friendly staff who go above and beyond- best garage in the area!

I am suspicious of the bad reviews here. J&B are one of the nicest and best value car shops in Beeston. I have never known them to be anything other than professional, friendly and polite. My mum has used them for years. In all this time, we have never had a bad experience. They even used to come and collect the car because she lives close and has difficulty walking.

Booked in for a tyre change online, but due to an error in the system, the booking never went through. Despite it not being their fault, they fitted me in the very next day and even gave discount on total cost to make up for the disruption. Very happy with the service, will be using again.

Great service. The Staff are really friendly and go over and above to help. I had an air con problem which Peugeot had spent 4 days trying to sort with no success. These guys kept working at it until they found the problem, including working late to make sure the car was ready for us to go on holiday. Air conditioning has not worked so well since the car was new. Cost was reasonable for the job and better than Peugeot as they charged the same and didn’t actually sort the problem!! Will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

Exceptional. Over the last couple of months Leia and the team at J&B have provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Anywhere. Ever. My car was damaged beyond repair after a very foolish, (never to be repeated) visit to a Halfords car centre. Leia took the car in, supported me through the process of claiming compensation, kept me functioning as a working mum by lending me a courtesy car, and helped me find a new vehicle, and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done. Honest, reliable, kind, and great value for money. J&B really care about their customers and cars, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!

Incredible service, could not recommend enough! Brought my car from another garage less than a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. I had it in to many garages up North (hometown) who were all unwilling to do work on it as they were unsure what was wrong. I was very anxious when I had to return to Nottingham for University but needed my car down here. I rang to arrange a diagnostic test and they managed to fit my car in following day. I was greeted with nothing other than an extremely helpful and compassionate receptionist (Leia). All staff completely went above and beyond they role and spent many hours trying to decisive the problem, they offered me a courtesy car whilst the work was being carried out and the price was very reasonable. My car is now running as if it was brand new (better than the condition I had even originally brought it). I'd like to say a massive thank you to J&B Auto's in particular Leia for restoring my faith in mechanics and friendly customer service!

Fabulous customer service. My car had a few major issues and all the work needed was explained to me clearly with the price set at the beginning of the work. The work was carried out and I was kept up to date throughout. They even stayed a bit later so that I could have the car back for the next day. I cannot fault J&B at all!

I’ve been to J & B for servicing, MOT and tyres in the past and found them helpful and as far as I could tell fair and trustworthy. However, today they went above and beyond. I got a pretty impressive puncture soon after leaving home, and gave them a quick call just to check they had the right tyre in. Next thing I know, they’re sending one of their guys with all the kit so I didn’t even have to change to the spare. He took my wheel off, took it to the shop and fitted the tyre so I was back on the road within an hour of calling them. They didn’t even charge me for the call out or the labour, just the tyre. I can’t thank you guys enough. Exceptional service and kindness.

I left my classic (old) Audi with J and B Auto's after many unsuccessful attempts with other garages to rectify some suspension problems. The service I received was friendly, prompt and excellent value for money and my suspension is now fixed when other so called 'Audi specialist's' couldn't even diagnose what was wrong. We had major problems with the car following an MOT but we needed to had to have it back by the end of Friday. J and B Autos told us honestly on the phone that they wouldn't be able to get it finished by then. Nevertheless they worked with us to get the necessary spares there late in the day and they then moved heaven and earth, including about four mechanics putting in overtime on a Friday evening, to get the job done for us. A great effort and very much appreciated.

I arrived to work, turned off the engine, but couldn't get the key out of the ignition. It was completely stuck! I tried turning the steering wheel and using more force with the key, non of which worked. J&B Autos is round the corner from where I work. Even though the garage hadn't yet opened, the receptionist Leah invited me in & offered to walk back to my car and see if she could help. She was AMAZING! she solved the problem & gave me some good advice in case the same thing happened again. Leah you're a star! I am so grateful for your kindness and mechanical knowledge too!

There was a man in reception from a company called MJP Electrical, i really do not know how the lady on reception kept her cool, he was moaning about something that wasnt even there fault. well done you j&b autos.
