I phoned up and got an appointment right away. The person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. I got my car back at the time agreed and the job was done to a good standard. I realised I had forgotten a number plate light and that was organised for the next day and took 5 minutes to sort. I couldn't be happier with the service and courtesy of the staff.

Service is okay. Got quoted incorrect measurements on a tyre to try have me change it sooner than needed. This was shown by the fact my car was serviced 3 days later with a video recording of all 4 tyre treads. But this is typical of kwik fit in my experiences and a lot of tyre places. Simply use out of convenience.

Had a damaged tyre replaced. The Manager said he would ring me when my new tyre was delivered, he did as he promised which is impressive nowadays. It took me less than an hour to drive there, get the tyre replaced and get home again, very good service by friendly staff.

Absolutely 24 carat diamonds. Picked up a puncture on a bank holiday out of town and somehow managed to get the car to here at almost completely flat. Good service and pricing, the guys were really friendly and welcoming. Only negative is that if you pre book your appointment it would be good for it to happen at that time, I had to wait 20 mins before the car was taken onto the ramps for its tyres. The reason I pre-booked, ordered and paid was due to me working so doing this in my lunch hour.

This is the second time I have used Kwikfit. I had booked a slot for 11:00, and arrived at 10:45. Within 10 minutes my car was on the ramp and work started. I had 4 tyres fitted and the tracking adjusted by 11:35. Excellent service, I shall use them again.

This is my second tyre change in kwik fit, first time was few months ago 2 front tyres changed and this time 2 rear. Booked it online and it was cheapest Goodyear tyres compare to rest of the places. They have very friendly staff and fitting was very quick. 5 days after I managed to pick up screw in my new rear tyre so took it to kwik fit for repair and it was done very quickly without being charged for repair. Lots of slots available even at very short notice. You can pay online so you know exactly what you will pay beforehand. My tyres were fitted very quickly, free hot drinks available whilst you wait.

Flat tyre on Sunday morning. Seen pretty much straight away and after they took the wheel off and checked the tyre it just needed a clean on the rim of the wheel and pumping up. They didn't charge us a penny! Really friendly staff and efficient. Will definitely go back and recommend.

I took my car to the Huntington Street branch, for its MOT, it failed due to a broken suspension spring, Paul, the mechanic said that he could get the parts and fit them, also my car would have a new MOT. I asked the price and went ahead with the repair job, later that afternoon I received a phone call saying my car and paperwork was ready for collection, the price I was quoted was the price I paid, nothing but admiration at the skillful and excellent mam management shown by all the staff. This is the 2nd time I have used Kwik Fit, I will certainly continue to use them.

Found ourselves with a screw through a flat tyre at 3.40 on a Sunday afternoon. Drove into Nottingham trying to find somewhere that would be able to fix it and let me drive the 140 miles back down south. KwikFit diagnosed and repaired our slow puncture with minimal fuss and they didn't charge us. We'd contacted Halfords autocentre earlier in the day, who tried to convince us the tyre wouldn't be repairable - only interested in trying to sell us new tyre, whether needed or not. Dropped in on bank holiday monday with my wifes flat tyre. Fully expecting to pay for a new one, the young fitter looked at the tyre, and explained that the valve had torn. He then whipped the tyre off the wheel, put a new valve in, balanced the wheel, all in 5 minutes. when asked the damage.....no charge!! That is customer service for you!! I hate Kwik Fit - normally they are slow, reluctant to do the work and generally rubbish. I have no choice but to use them as I drive a fleet owned vehicle. HOWEVER today I took my car with a puncture into this branch (as I have had enough of the stapleford branch) and the customer service was fantastic!! Despite being very busy the car was taken without question, repair done and back with me within the hour!!!
