We were able to purchase a car at an affordable price. The Monza staff has always been very diligent and honest in dealing with some of the things that needed to be replaced or repaired after the purchase. The staff were quick to respond to the repairs found prior to our long-distance trip, and also dealt smoothly with our three-month warranty, which helped us to accomplish our big trip without any problem.

Unbelievable service took my BMW 3 gt in for a mot, straight to the point and was very honest throughout. Very good prices and friendly service and staff, I then had my bmw 1 hit by another car, which I had really bad body damage, he took the car got it all repaired and sorted my brakes and exhaust out within a week! The car came back looking beautiful, I won’t use anyone else going forward. Honest friendly, service and always keeps you up to date on all the work that was done. Highly recommend

Had a very good experience at Monza, pep looked after me from start to finish as I was looking for a replacement car, due to my last one breaking down only 3 months into having it (not bought from monza) He went all out to help me, with a lot of helpful advice too. As someone that knows nothing about cars it’s hard to find a garage where you’re not going to get ripped off. My previous mechanic was amazing however he has now retired. I arranged for my wife's car to be MOT'd here, and now i've found my next mechanic/garage to do all my MOT's and work that needs to be done to my wife's and my cars. I have had nothing but great service from Pep and the whole purchase experience. I found the exact car that I have been looking for for two years, an Audi in the specific colour I wanted, a manual gearbox and petrol, all with the 208 BHP engine. In other words, rarer than hens teeth! I called Monza on the Saturday evening, discussed the car, and the finance package required. Pep had to run the application thru the finance company; so, he said that he'd call back in 30 mins, but was back in touch with an approved package within 15 mins. "Do you want to go ahead?" To which, I didn't even have to think abut the reply. "Yes please." I got the train down to the garage as there is a station, literally 3 minutes walk from the garage. We got everything sorted within an hour, despite Pep being constantly interrupted. I even got directions to the nearest petrol station, and how to get to my planned journey home from Pep. All questions were answered quickly, and as it turned out honestly (except the boot hadn't been valeted, and the chamois work had missed a few patches after being washed. Nothing major though) I also got sage advice about after sales, regarding warranties etc, and am much happier after reading the blurb at home. He even went out of his way to follow this up, as I wanted to surprise my daughter with the new car on the Tuesday, as it was her birthday! All in all, in less that 48 hours, we'd sorted the sale, pre-sale work and after care, efficiently and with minimum fuss, and all remotely; but Pep, you need a better valet, as that was the only very minor point to the whole experience. I thoroughly recommend the garage, and take the time to speak to Pep and ask questions. He is genuinely very helpful, don't be put off by the gruff, hard working exterior. 5* quality all round.
