Unlikely many others, I've never felt as if Mr Clutch was overcharging me or doing unnecessary work just because I'm a lady and not an expert in the matter. I trust them and they've always solved the problem so far! 10+

Live 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Nottingham and had had my spark leads/plugs and coil pack changed the day before, at my usual garage and was in Nottingham for a visit. Noticed that driving my car for the first time since the changes, produced an overwhelming and horrendous smell of petrol but parked up and cracked on with my day in Notts. Starting the journey home, the smell had gotten worse and was giving me quite the headache driving and I was getting incredibly worried about making the 1hr + journey down the motorway, home. Saw this place out the corner of my eye when at some traffic lights so pulled in and explained my dire situation. The two gentlemen were incredibly helpful and said they would take a quick look. Turns out it was as simple as a vent cover not being put back properly. They said there were no leaks or visible damage to my engine and that I was fine to go- my car has been fine every time I'm driven it since! The whole thing took less than ten minutes and I asked them how much for their time and they said no charge. I am incredibly grateful to this garage and as they wouldn't take payment, I thought I'd leave them a review for their geat customer service and saving me getting stuck ages away from my home 😂

Went in for an MOT, guy behind the counter sorted me right out. Timely services with very good prices compared to other garages in the area. The Mrs started going to them last year, this was my first time. But after that experience it will be the only garage i go to in the future. Very impressed!

So upon searching around garages for a great price on a clutch replacement, Mr Clutch popped up on the radar, so I decided to look into their reviews and customer's past experiences to see what had been said. To my delight they were all positive, so with that, I filled out a 30 second form to get a rough estimate on the price for the work (super speedy) then within 20 minutes, I received a second email with the exact quotation price. So I was super happy with the response time. I nipped in to the Nottingham branch the very next day to get my clutch checked, just to definitely make sure that was the issue with my car. It took no more than 10 minutes and the keys were back in my hand. Establishing that the clutch was the issue, I got it booked in to be fixed only 3 days after which was quicker than I would have imagined. Everything was A* and the staff were helpful. The guy from the front desk seemed quite relaxed, he talked to me like a friend rather than acting all professional and calling me "Sir" which I had no issue with, that made the experience more 'real'. The only reason I've given Mr Clutch 4 stars and not 5 is only because I was told multiple times my car would be ready to pick up at the end of the day, but upon finding out that my car needed more work, they only needed one clip to attach a pipe that unfortunately they did not have in stock. So I had to wait until the next day to go and pick my car up, which meant having to have time off work because I was not given a specific time to pick the car up, just "we'll ring you when it's sorted" But overall, I was really happy with the level of service I received and will be recommending Mr Clutch to anyone who needs work on their car.

Rang up this 11am this morning to enquire about their availability to check my brakes, told me to come for just after lunchtime, arrived, very welcoming. Checked all brakes and informed me front pads and disks needed changing but rear just needed a clean, asked whether they could check my tyres for me while it was easier to access and they did with no problem. Asked me whether I wanted the work carrying out there an then, which I agreed to. They told me it would be done within an hour and a half, which it was done before hand. Therefore only did the work which was necessary, and within a reasonable amount of time. Booked my mot and service with ease. Great communication as quote price was the same as what I was charged, will be using again!

Took my car in for an MOT. Everything was good, only thing i can say is they rang me half hour before they closed and told me the car was ready and that if i didnt get there in time they would lock my car in. Bare in mind this was at rush hour and my house is 30 mins to there without traffic so i had to rush. So yeah they could improve on communication.
