Chris and the team are absolutely first class. This was my first year doing my MOT on my classic Landrover with them. Chris was really honest and fair with the test and then booked me in for the repairs I needed straight away, did them to a first rate standard and at a very reasonable price. I will be coming back for all my maintenance and repairs and couldn’t recommend Chris and the team highly enough.

These guys were fantastic. They booked my car in at very short notice to sort out a rattling problem from underneath, that turned out to be bolts that had come away on the heat shield of my Toyota Avensis I expected to pay for their time in putting new bolts in but they didnt charge me. To say I was impressed and really appreciative would be an understatement. They also replaced the batter in my key fob for free too. Will be going back there for sure for further work with looking after me so well on my first time repair. Highly recommend this garage who are fair and know what they are doing. Great job guys!

Friendly team, no hassle, quick and efficient service! My car broke down on Porchester Road, Steph and the team were kind enough to push my car into the garage and managed to get it fixed within a few hours!

Booked my works van in for mot. Sadly it failed, but they kept me up to date with how things were going and managed to get me up and running within 24 hours. Very grateful and highly recommended.

Brilliant service from our new local mechanics (after moving to the area last year). It can be worrying moving from a trusted garage but so glad these guys are right on our door step. Being local I have been using Porchester Auto Centre for the last 10+ years. The staff are really helpful and always go out their way to help out. They have collected several cars for me over the years and taken it back to the garage to be repaired, always at a drop of a hat. Cannot recommend this garage highly enough. Rating is more for the staff, than work done! My pops had a battery fitted, ordered it over phone, got there fitted it and it was dead! Not there fault at all, just unlucky. The lads got another delivered right near closing time, took a while but in the meantime didn't ignore us while waiting. Kept popping out, chatting to my dad. He loved it.. Cheers lads, especially young lad who had my dad in stitches.

Great service! I had an unexpected problem with my car and called in, by chance, to this garage as the quote I had got from a garage down the road from me was extremely high. They fixed my car in super quick time and it cost me a considerable amount less than the quote I received from another garage. I would highly recommend this garage and will definitely be going back!

Extremely slow service and lack of communication made it a very frustrating experience but the guys are generally nice and try their best, repairs were a reasonable price tbh I thought it would be more expensive. Not the worst garage to go to.

This is the only garage where I go now to get my car serviced or fixed, every time I've had work done here I've been more than happy, it's quick, the work done has always been top quality and cheap and I've always been left more than happy, I cannot praise this garage enough, the staff are always happy and very friendly, I even popped in yesterday and asked if they could get me a battery for my triumph street triple R motorbike, they got straight on the phone and within minutes arranged one for me and I had it in my hand within 15 minutes! Seriously impressed... because they don't do motorbikes! I was back on the road in no time! If you are thinking of changing where you take your car for MOT etc? I seriously advise you to try these, you won't be disappointed, I cannot recommend this garage enough, big big thank you to those that helped me yesterday. Definitely deserve a 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating for going above and beyond. Thanks again.

I have used these guys for many years over which time, I have had many different vehicles. I have had MOT's, service work, and replacement parts done here, all at a very high standard. I recently had a cambelt change on a 3 litre Audi, (which is a big job) and it was done in a day at a fraction of the main dealer costs. I also had a water pump replaced an a Range Rover - again an excellent job. I always feel that I am being treated fairly and communication from the garage is excellent. I would have no problem with recommending Porchester Auto's for any type of repair, service, or MOT. 10/10. 30th Sept 2014: I took my BMW e60 M5 into these guys, as I have a clutch / SMG fault. The car went in Monday morning, and I got it back Tuesday morning, fixed to a very high standard at a fraction of the cost BMW Sytner wanted. Very professional, very courteous and very knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be happier. I will be using these guys again for my next service in a few months.

very happy with this place i was told my turbo was goin on my bmw 320d and was goin to cost me around £1200 so i took it here to get a second opinion it turned out a pipe had came of and was corroded and split these guys replaced it and now its perfect over the moon tbh would defo recommend this place thank you...

I have a laguna 2 auto 2 litre estate that had a poorly defisser pulley, u know the bad rattle when it is warm and idling, common fault on Renaults. Took it to Porchester auto and they fixed it . Water pump and timing belt kit and defisser pulley . 530 all in . Done a great job car is back to like new gear changes smooth and no rattle xx excellent thumbs up ☺☺😅☺☺☺
