We had just bought a second hand car privately and the very next day, our oil pressure light came on. Repair my Car was recommended to me by another car garage who wasnt able to fix my car. We needed the car to be safe as my Husband is learning to drive in it. I have used Repair My Car for the past 3 years for a range of issues on different vehicles and everytime I am amazed by the class of service that they provide. I had a fault recently with a NOx sensor on a diesel engine and not only did they replace it within a couple of days but when I came to pick the car up one of the mechanics talked with me for half an hour about the process of fixing the problem and also how they'd also had the exact same problem with their vehicle which also happened to be the same as mine. From my point of view the service comes across as being like a friend fixing your prized possession for you and taking great care into every step they take with it and then you reimbursing them for the many hours they spent fixing it for you. I cannot rate them highly enough and when I move out of Nottingham I will likely travel back for any issues with my car just because I know how reliable and trustworthy they are. There are not many businesses in the world today that give as much attention to detail and I am looking forward to using them again :)

My partner has recently taken the car for a regular service and asked the team at Repair my Car to look into a few other issues. Tim and Deb were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend Repair My Car. These guys are straight forward, no-nonsense and alwasy get to the source of ths issue quickly. The price is always fair and the service is superb. I know that when my car comes back, it is safe and roadworthy and they ahve done what they said they would (unlike my experience with a few other garages). 100% trustworthy and I now take all of the family cars to them and I honestly cannot recommened them highly enough. I requested a check on my suspension as I was worried that something was wrong. I was booked in and they set about checking the vehicle. After a thorough check. They confirmed no issues with the parts of concern. An engineer came out on a test drive to allay my fears. Giving me advice on tyre pressure and assuring Mr that if I had any concerns to return. Fantastic communication all the way through the job.The biggest positive I can give is that I always feel in good hands whenever I drop the car off here. With services like they provide I have struggled to find a Garage that I can trust. I took my Jaguar in for rear brake discs and pads, and for two new rear tyres. I am always a bit nervous about using a garage I have never heard of before, but after my visit to book the car in and after reading the multiple good reviews my mind was put at ease. They were very honest and informative from the get go, customer service and quality of the work is second to none. To top it all off, the bill came in at around £70 less than I was originally quoted. I will 100% be using this garage for all of my servicing and repairs from now on.

I can't recommend Anthony and the team at Repair My Car highly enough. Their prices are excellent and they really care about their customers and about getting the best deal for you. Their diligence and persistence in investigating a serious fault with my car has saved me a fortune after they found that there was an outstanding safety recall. I had been told by the dealer that there was no outstanding recall and they had been told the same thing, but they continued to investigate on my behalf and my car has now been fixed at no cost to me. I only started using this garage this year but now I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went above and beyond what they should of done, got a few things done including tracking. That didn't sort the problem, rang them back the next day and they got me booked back in, but it was my tyre pulling me to the left, so they swapped them over for no further charge. Couldn’t ask for more from the team at repair my car! Went in for a full service and MOT with a few minor complaints about squeaking brakes. All were sorted on the day with Anthony even managing to solve my brake issue without the need for new callipers. Saving me £200! Was a nice unexpected treat after Christmas! TL;DR Great service, best prices so far, hopefully I can stop "garage-hopping". Will continue to update my review here as I revisit them. I've been to this garage twice now, once for a medium'ish job (rear brake pads and discs x2 and rear caliper x1) and once for a small job (battery test and stereo issue). Owner Anthony and his colleague Tim were very accommodating on both occasions. While I was there for the bigger job, Anthony came in twice to update me regarding my vehicle, and after the work was done, he came around to explain to me what was done, what were the issues...etc. He was very patient, and the additional detail is very much appreciated, especially to a non-specialist like myself. There were some optional work needed, but he did not force or hardsell. You can see from 1 interaction with him that he cares about you and your car, and thinks from your perspective. So I would really say try them out, especially if you've been having some bad luck with other garages. I've been in Nottingham for 11 years now and have had some bad luck with garages, so when I find one that is good, I try to give them credit where it's due (hence my first review ever on Google). Hopefully this garage will put a stop to my "garage-hopping" - I will continue to update this review as I revisit them for future jobs.

I contacted 'Repair my Car' to see if they could replace headlights for my student daughters car, as she was driving on the motorway to London in the next few days and needed them done quickly. Anthony, who answered my call, was very helpful and even said they could stay open a bit later if my daughter couldn't get to them before they closed and also that they help students, advising them with a Health Check on their cars. What a gem! As a new driver I didn't know where to go in terms of making sure my car was okay to drive etc. I hadn't been driving long when I found out my MOT for my car was needed! Repair my car was recommended to me by a friend who I bought the Porsche off Carnt recommend them enough they went round my car had a good look around and took photos of all the areas that might need attention no pressure on replacing parts just honest advice I had the front brakes and disc and spark plugs replaced very good price for all the work done they advised me to have all the wheel nuts replaced as they tend to perish after time so had them done the next week also the owner very knowledgeable about boxsters so I will definitely be using them from now on

From my own experiences, Repair My Car (RMC) has specialist Vauxhall knowledge, which is why I sourced them in the first place. From how full of activity the garage usually is, it is no surprise RMC is expanding into a larger and more innovative building, which will only enhance their ability to serve and solve all vehicle works. Their connections with local businesses allow for alternative solutions, if budgets are a concern; this has helped me source expensive parts for cheaper, which they can install for a very reasonable price. A leaf should be taken out of their book by similar garages aiming to progress, as the friendly and flexibility service is exceptional.
