Our beautiful VW T6 van needed a respray. Nigel and Dean reviewed the paint already on the van to make sure they got the right paint. To say we are thrilled with the end result is an understatement! I can't recommend these guys enough. I had a small but slightly unconventional job which needed doing to sort my car out before I traded it in. Jason was a superstar, from start to finish. From taking the time to assess and recommend the best route forward, having to call multiple times to order the part to, to being flexible and fitting the job in around when I had time to drop the car off and even going above and beyond and setting up a little work station at their unit so I didn't have to come back again later. Kept in touch throughout the process and end result was excellent. Thanks Jason and Dean. Great experience.

After damaging the rear corner of my car, I was devastated. (The photos really don’t do it justice) From start to finish the guys at Scratchmaster were excellent. Their customer service skills and professionalism really helped to put me at ease, knowing my motor was in good hands. They were by far the best quote I had received after going to numerous other places. These chaps are brilliant, had a weird scratch and a foot long key mark on my wife’s new car.. Took it to a few people before and as it was white a few people did not want to do it as apparently white is one of the hardest colours to match... Scratchmaster was recommended to us so went there. Dealt with Nigel and Dean, both really friendly and helpful. Got the car back after 1.5 days and its brilliant, can’t tell at all there was any marks. Highly recommend, friendly and professional, also fixed a few other scratches we didn’t see free of charge.

Came in to sort out a couple scratches and scuffs on my Audi A3 (and some stone chippings on the front) and Dean happily offered to do the work at an amazing price that beat all the other quotes i got (by a lot!). Some kind sole backed into my car on my driveway yesterday, leaving paint damage on my bumper. Unfortunately they did not leave me their number, owning up to the damage which they had caused? I was gutted. I contacted "Scratchmaster" located in Bulwell the following morning and spoke to Dean, he was so helpful and more than understanding of how upset I was. Dean suggested that I bring the car over for him to have a look and assess the damage. Fortunately, Dean was able to re paint the damage immediately, rather than re spray the whole bumper (white car), "although this was another option for me". It looks great now, you cannot see the damage, he did an excellent job, while waiting. I cannot recommend this customer care enough, he was so helpful, did an excellent job, with next to no notice and for a really excellent quote. *****5 stars all day long - Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

I was recently hit by a van driver who completely destroyed my front wing and scraped the door and bumper. After taking it to get numerous quotes, Scratchmaster not only gave me the most competitive quote but they also came across as being very professional. I got none of the usual 'umming and aahing' like I did from the other places. The car was with them for 2 working days and it looks absolutely fantastic.
