What a relief to find this garage in Oxford. Initially took my new car to a national garage (Mr C. in pony lane) for it's first service and MOT. They 'found' over £600 worth of consumables (tyre, break pad, battery) that 'needed' replacing. I was slightly surprised. Aladdin took a look and said nothing needs doing yet, no charge. Will be using them in the future as prefer a garage I can trust to do the right thing. They have customers going back decades apparently.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They were the closest garage and saved us when we had an emergency repair. However, they're quite expensive compared to other garages around Oxford (e.g. those in Witney).

Wow these guys are great. Cannot recommend enough. Had a sudden problem with the car and just happened to be close to their garage. They were so friendly and had a great attitude. Went above and beyond to make sure the car was running again before they sent us on our way. Even helped to drive us out of the tight spot we didn't fancy! £373 for a service and MOT seems quite steep. They were friendly and efficient and I like supporting local business, but it's more than twice the price of a chain such as halfords.

Would give a 6th star if I could. Had issues getting my car to start after a cold snap and they were able to send someone to my house and fix it on the spot. Because the issue was a simple fix they barely charged anything for it. Compared to RAC who wanted me to sign up for a 300£ plan just to get them to send a mechanic out to look at it, these guys are awesome. Will definitely be taking all future service work their way.
