Bought a new car recently and had no idea how to change zenon headlights. This garage were able to swiftly change the bulb and show me how to do it for the next time. They also advised how to maintain and look after BMW cars for long and good health. They are definitely worth every penny for their service! Strongly recommend and will return with any further car issues.

We've been coming here for the past few years. Firstly myself, then my husband, my sons etc...The guys are so polite, respectful and easy going. I've recommended to all of our friends. Easily accessible. Reasonable prices. A place to wait if you choose to inside. Take a magazine or something lol.. I can't recommend highly enough. If you have a concern with your vehicle, just explain your situation or worries. They are so reassuring. Great job guys! 👏

My petrol cap cover was jammed and the fuel gauge was showing almost empty . North Hinksey Garage fixed the problem quickly so I could refuel and continue my journey. They solved the problem with no fuss and with a smile.

I had to pull over on my way into work when my exhaust heat shield started dragging underneath the car. Thankfully I was just round the corner from North Hinksey garage so I walked over and they said they'd be able to help me out asap. They were super friendly and helpful throughout, and offered me tea and coffee to warm up with while I waited. A really great experience - they got the part back fixed onto my car really quickly and didn't charge (even though I would have happily paid for such excellent service!). Couldn't recommend more!

What can I say, I would recommend North Hinskey Garage to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble for these people, and even on a hot, busy day they went out of their way to help. Every single member of staff was exceedingly polite and very helpful. Not only that, but they were so honest that the repair was minor and they wouldn’t even take payment for it. I was worried it would be expensive and I would have believed them if they had tried to charge me a lot as I just wanted it fixed. I was blown away by their kindness, professionalism and expertise. They genuinely brightened my day and I will be back without hesitation for my MOT this summer! I would give 6 stars if I could!

My fog light and casing got knocked off in a car wash and light was hanging out, I asked the guys at this garage if they could see if they could temporarily fix it but actually took time to screw it completely back in for me and fitted the casing back on for no charge :) so kind and very helpful 👌 *****

Excellent customer service and a great bunch of lads. Extremely helpful. I took a component off of the car which needed specialised equipment to remove the bottom swivel joint. I had no idea where to take it and really just called in to ask advice. They jumped on it straight away, asked me to get the new part and they would install it too. So, half an hour after walking into the garage, I walked out with shiny new parts installed, which had kept me awake for most of the night watching YouTube to see how to go about it without the specialist press. Very highly recommended, a pleasure to meet and deal with and extremely helpful too. Very much appreciated! 😁

Absolutely Fantastic service , very professional. Had a tricky issue with my Audi 44 20L turbo engine which another rated mobile mechanic couldn’t find . These guys went out of their way to resolve it and wouldn’t take a penny until I was happy it was fixed . Offered me tea and coffee whilst waiting and their prices were very reasonable . Will be going back to them for all future repairs , services etc

Hands down THE best garage - I would not go anywhere else, in fact I will be sad to move out of Oxford one day as I don't think I will ever find a garage as good! So quick and fitted me in at the last minute and changed my indicator light with no charge. So friendly and professional and I never feel like I am being ripped off - super super reasonable garage!

These guys are the *nicest* garage ever. I was nearby with my cat at the vets and I suddenly got a flat tyre. They said come over straight away and sorted it while giving me tea. Really quick, amazing service, fussed over my cat. Will def come back here for all my servicing and mot from now on.
