My daughter got a puncture on her way to school and GianPoalo returned my early morning call promptly and arranged for a mutually convenient time to meet to replace the inner tube. He was running very slightly late (heavens absolutely opened) and he immediately called me to update his arrival time. I really appreciate it when people communicate clearly and timely...things happen but if you are kept informed than you can work with it. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
