Omg these guys are fantastic. I had a major wheel issue that was resolved inexpensively. They were super fast and super efficient and cost very little. I felt welcomed and listened to. As you can see, I had some rather worse for wear steel wheels. I wouldn't be surprised if they were untouched from the 70s... Rust, rust and more rust, especially around the back (don't have a pic sadly). Disclaimer: I decided to go all black, instead of the typical two tone look on these wheels. Needless to say, Oxford Wheel Repairs did an amazing job to get these challenging wheels done and I can't express my appreciation for them enough. Very fair price, brilliant and friendly team, amazing results, quick turnaround too - thank you!

Excellent service - very polite, efficient and helpful. They decorroded two of my alloys where tyres were losing pressure due to a poor seal. Money well spent and only occasionally have to top up tyre pressure now - previously doing it every three days. I can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely return if I had more problems with the wheels.

A neighbour backed into my car when it was in front of my garage, breaking the light unit and hoses as well as bumper, bonnet and wing damage. OWR sorted it all out, and worked around some of my logistical problems doing so. I collected a clean car that looked as good as it did new 4 years ago! I had kerbed a wheel avoiding an unlit cyclist in the dark, it needed some serious work. I went looking and found OWR through a Google search, I discovered that I live less than a mile from OWR and didn't know that OWR existed. They could not have been more helpful, the staff were all friendly and professional, the turn around time was shorter than I was expecting, the work was excellent, so good in fact that I left them the spare to tidy up and will get all the wheels refurbished as the one that they have done makes the the rest look tatty. Cannot fault Doug or this place whatsoever! My old silver and diamond cut wheels went in damaged and scratched, and came out repaired, bright red, and shiny! Doug also resprayed the mirror caps, and various other little accessories I have on the car, in the same shade of red for a small charge which was a great gesture of him, and now the car looks more incredible than I could ever have dreamed! These guys were great. I presented them with a set of ragged 19" M3 wheels, 3 of which turned out to be pear shaped, and asked them to make them pretty again. They warned me the buckling may be too severe to allow for diamond cutting, but they'd see what they could do. Lo and behold, they got them all straightened out, and finished them up with a beautiful diamond cut and lacquer. They are FACTORY PERFECT. Even found some courtesy wheels for me to ride around on whilst they sorted my originals. For a very reasonable price, especially considering the debuckling service. They even added new "///M" stickers to them! Before and after photos attached. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Sean and the team went above and beyond in their service. Not only was the service fast, but my car now looks like new--I was shocked when I saw it. Absolutely worth every penny and then some.

Doug and Sean have been very helpful and supportive to me as a customer. I have had my wheels repaired multiple times by them due to the all pot holes in Oxford. Sean looked after the entire process of painting a set of Tiguan wheels. Great service, on time, on budget with very supportive help and advice. They do a 'proper' job..not just the outer rim etc.. Brought my car to these guys with a badly damaged wheel & bulging tyre. Unfortunately they weren’t able to repair it because of how bad it was but they said if I was able to get the parts they would fit them for me. Took my 3 series BMW to Oxford Wheel Repairs for a full refurbish and colour change from silver to gloss black and I have to say that these guys are super helpful and professional. Shaun was the main guy who helped me and he did absolutely everything to ensure my wheels were completed on time. There were problems initially with my locking wheel key being broken which I had to source from BMW but when I took it back to OWR to get the job done they informed me that they had a problem with the wheel bolts being severely tight which meant they had to work hard to reshape the bolts to eventually loosen. I was only informed about this when I went to collect my car at the end of the process but the point is they kept that worry away from me and got on with the job and the refurbishment was still completed on time. I pictured what my car would look like with the colour change but picking it up today I was speechless for a while, OMG what a transformation and the finish exceeded my expectations. You can phone round for quotes in Oxford for this particular service but believe me just call these guys and look no further, you will not be disappointed. BTW Doug the owner has some tidy classic BMW's at the front for all to see and a nice friendly dog in reception which is very cool. I have had experiences a lot of the time when taking my car to have work done on it and the people skills of some establishments is terrible but OWR are superb with their customers and made the whole experience re-assuring.

Had a set of Range Rover diamond cut alloys refurbished and the job these guys did was absolutely fantastic. The wheels looked brand new and the service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I was so impressed, I was back a few weeks later with some Ferrari wheels. One wheel was buckled and I was told by other places that it was scrap, but these guys spent hours on it and got it perfectly round again and yet again, it was a perfect job done at unbeatable prices.

I am thoroughly impressed with Doug and his team and the service they provide. They repaired my alloy wheel quickly and efficiently on a previous visit. On this visit they have saved me several hundred pounds after I had been told by my garage that I needed to replace my headlights as they had badly discoloured and might not get through the next MOT. Doug sanded, polished and cleaned my existing ones which now look almost new. He also offered excellent advice on keeping costs of repairs down by buying and fitting second hand doors. Had a nasty flat spot on the inside of one of my alloys, courtesy of a pothole. Took the car to these guys and received a fantastic straightening repair. I'm delighted. Clearly this is not a straightforward repair and you need someone with the right equipment and knowledge. Doug is your man for this work I would suggest. The wheel was heated, corrected and finished on a lathe and I liked the fact he brought the wheel to show me the result, before he refitted and balanced it. With the equipment he has, he was able to show that the wheel was only 0.5mm off true, which is an incredible result considering the damage the pothole did. To my untrained eye it looked as good as new. Finally, I felt the price was very reasonable and the repair took only an hour. Thanks Doug and thanks to Annalise on reception who handled my original enquiry superbly.

Had damage to a rim on my Golf, which I needed to get fixed prior to an end of lease inspection. They gave me a replacement wheel while mine was being fixed. Paint had to be ordered and so this added a couple of days to the job, but this was no inconvenience as I had a replacement wheel. When it was inspected by VW a week later, their representative told me that the vehicle was in perfect condition. Just one word of caution , if you are sensitive to fruity language, bring your earplugs if you decide to hang around the bay to watch. Top job. Good Price. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service. This is probably the only place in Oxford that can remove locking wheel nuts if you no longer have the wheel nut key. I bought a second-hand Volvo XC60 a couple of months ago and when I came to fit winter tyres Kwikfit discovered that the wheel nut locking key was missing. I spent an afternoon driving around Oxford looking for somewhere that would fix the problem (the Volvo dealership, which theoretically would have had a master key, couldn't do anything till the following week, which was too late for me), before I found Oxford Wheel Repairs. Doug and Sean removed the locking wheel nuts swiftly, efficiently, and without damage to the wheels, and also told me where to get a set of standard wheel nuts just around the corner, which they fitted - all at a reasonable price. Excellent service, and many thanks to Doug and Sean.

The person who sorted my dent out was very honest when he could have lied and made lots of money and to me honesty is more valuable than anything when looking for someone to work on your car. Great job, polite and pragmatic. These guys got a stubborn stain off my bonnet and all polished up in 20 mins which another bodyshop said needed a complete bonnet respray. Friendly and skilled. They saved me a lot of time and money. They are down the alley by a car park where HSS hire and BS Glass are, in case you can't find them.

I visted oxford wheel repairs on the 6th of april to get my four golf allows sprayed and diamond cut. When I arrived i was greeted with a freadly and helpfull greeting. The staff there were happy to help me and to answer any queries i may have.They showed me the start procedure of what will happen to my wheels befor panit. And then they show a wheel that was half way done then they showed me the finished wheel of what mine would look like I was offer a hot or cold beverage. It was bad enough hitting my gate post and then to make matters worse, all the paint started peeling off my bumper which had been previously repaired by another garage. This garage was recommended by a friend who had work done by them and was very happy with their work. Little gem of repair centre for my poorly chewed up (and cracked) alloys. Really good communications in providing quotes and ability to actually carry out any repairs from photos. My alloys were particularly deeply scuffed and needed diamond cutting back. Further to that, the good old Oxfordshire pot-holed roads had caused a big crack in my N/S/F alloy too, but this was no problem to them (even having to unbuckle the NSF 6 times before being abke to cut it back properly). Now the cynic in me thought " here we go, time to hike the price up" but yet the cut backs (x2) and the crack repair, including the de-buckling was all within the original quoted price, so a happy chappy all round. Don't get me wrong, I hope to NOT have to ever come back, but if needed, I certainly will. Given Oxfordshires 'lovely pot-holed' roads, I probably will return soon.... Thank you bye.......

I needed my passenger side panel replaced, and Doug from Oxford Cash Repairs found me a really reasonable part from eBay, and then quoted me a very good price for the labour. I was very grateful for the find of the panel - it was the cheapest around! The work only took 1.5 hours and the panel looks great. Libbie on Reception was also super helpful, reminding me about my appointment by text and also letting me know when the car was done. Can't rate these guys highly enough, I'm 35 years in the Motor Trade and it's still great to meet people who are passionate about what they do, my wheel was unfortunately too buckled for them to be able to repair it, ( it was so out of shape ) but Doug did all he could to try, even went so far as to try and find me another online as it is a rare pattern, which he did, but brand new in Germany and just too expensive Great guys, hard to find service like this nowadays, and will definitely be back.
