P. M.Called in today as my daughter's car had a major fault and would barely drive. We had no appointment, but were served straight away. They did a quick assessment, ordered the part needed and had sorted it within an hour - charged us very little and even pumped the tyres up! Can't praise or recommend them highly enough
S. A. (.I am a genuine customer of WB Autos for the last 10 years plus, as a single female I have often found it difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust.
Over the years I have employed the service of WB Autos on numerous occasions.
I have always found their prices competitive and have never had cause for complaint.
Whenever I have contacted the auto shop, my car has been booked in for the mechanic to investigate the potential fault in good time. I have always been contacted by the team at WB Autos to inform me of their diagnosis of the problem and the suggested options in regards to parts and labour required to carry out the repair.
Work has never been carried out without my prior agreement and I have always received accurate quotes for any potential work to be undertaken prior to its commencement. I can honestly say that I have not had any unpleasant surprises when the bill came in.
I was surprised to read a review on this Auto Repair service, where the Author rebuked WB Auto’s for not allowing spectators in the repair shop whilst the mechanics carry out repairs on vehicles, this comment reveals the authors total lack of knowledge in regards to Health and Safety policy and procedures and only serves to re affirm my loyalty to WB Auto Repair Service who are obviously working in accordance with British Health and Safety Regulations.
