I have been a customer of Bartlett BMW in Peterborough for a number of years so I can speak with long term personal experience. Today, I arrived at their service centre with the wrong date in my diary for a small service and MOT. Silly mistake! Instead of turning me away, Dan, the service manager managed to shuffle work schedules around to accommodate me. It was totally above and beyond what I would receive elsewhere. I have nothing but praise for their high professional standards, respect and courtesy to their customers. One very happy customer. Thank you Dan and your team 👍

Best experience from a car garage yet - BMW main dealership hadn't reset my key properly so was showing all sorts of things needing doing at MOT but this was quickly rectified, reset my key and saved me many £'s in process. MOT and small amount of work completed within a couple of hours and on very short notice.

Had my M3 serviced here. Easy to deal with ,they don’t try selling you services you don’t need.Much better service price than the main stealer. Hassle free company who clearly care about there customers . I would highly recommend using these guys. Excellent 👍

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.! Today didn't start off well, but thanks to these guys ended very well. One of my headlights on my Z4 had gone out, they are Xenon's so I wasn't expecting it to be cheap! ……. however, when I called Sycamore BMW they quoted me £150 for a diagnostic and then £195 for replacement and then labour on top of that, someone was supposed to call me back with a quote for labour! (3 days later they still hadn't called me back). I then did a bit of research online and found Halfords sell the bulbs for £10 and fit them for £8 so I called to find out if they could advise me and fit the bulbs! They said they could fit them no problem, so my day started with going to Halfords, only to be told they couldn't fit them because the headlights are sealed. Then I went to Sycamore to see if they could fit the bulbs, I was told I would need to book it in for a diagnostic (£150 because it might be a problem with the electrics.) If I wanted to book it in the earliest date was a week away and then there would be labour and parts on top of that. I then googled local BMW diagnostics and this garage came up. I called and spoke to Dan who said if I was local to pop in and they'd have a look at it for me. If it needed diagnostics then it would be £99 but it may just need the bulb replacing. He was super helpful and explained everything clearly. I took it in this afternoon, 10 minutes later, the bulb was replaced and fixed and let's just say it didn't cost anything near the price quoted by Sycamore BMW. I will totally be using them in the future, friendly, supper efficient and reasonably priced, thank you for making my day so much better.

Would recommend this over main dealer any day, was able to call up and get booked in very short notice. Didn’t have to wait 2 days for a call back like at main dealers. Better prices than main dealer and pleasant people to deal with 👍🏽

Very professional garage. Just had 4 tyres changed using their Jim Bean leaver-less system. Not a singe mark to any of my alloys. I was lucky enough to be allowed into the workshop to watch my new tyres being fitted. The kit Bartlett Automotive use is state of the art. The workshop is very clean all of the technicians are really friendly and quite happy to explain what they are doing to your car. Even the correct torque setting for my car was applied when tightening my wheel nuts back. I’ve never seen this done at other local tyre garages! It’s little things like this that shows the professionalism of their technicians. Bartlett Automotive can read your key just like the main dealer and have access to all the same services. This allows the to update your service history directly to the BMW / Mini servers. They use BMW OEM parts as you would expect from a specialist but their are two more important points I would like to make: 1 - They do not rush jobs through. Compared to a main dealer who has very little time to complete a job, Bartlett Automotive take as much time as is required to complete a job without rushing it through. 2 - Their labour cost is much more competitive than a main dealer. Again, getting the same service but for a lot less! The waiting room is very comfortable and has free WiFi available plus very decent coffee! Dan Jeeves (Peterborough branch manager) is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and offers very trusting honest advice.
