Very knowledgeable and passionate about the cars with quality workmanship. I often like looking around for something new to purchase for the car when I've taken it in to get something done. Always have the best experience whenever I take my mini to DanKan, customer service is excellent I'm always treated friendly, with respect and happy to discuss work in detail with me over the phone and in person. Whereas other garages often try to add on unnecessary work on top of what I've taken the car in for, DanKan always offer me advice on what's really necessary based on their experience with minis. Which makes me happy to spend more to get things sorted to a good standard. I've always been suprised how quickly they turn around jobs meaning I'm never without a car for long, for instance a full clutch job done within a day of me calling them up! Highly recommend and will be back for any other work my mini needs in the future. Nick

Bought a car from DanKan little over a year ago a 2005 Mini One to be exact. The car has been faultless and has never let me down its almost as if the car is brand new. And customer service is 100% If you have a mini always go to DanKan

Needed a new clutch in my Mini Clubman and was struggling to get good advice with regards to what else might need changing whilst it was in bits. David at Dankan was extremely helpful and provided me with itemised costs for worse/best case scenarios. Had the work carried out by them and am very pleased with the whole experience. Will now use them for all my mini servicing and repairs.

This is my third visit to Dankan with my JCW whether its routine service or repairs. This time around they sorted my aircon out via a new condenser and as always the service was excellent. Not only are you getting qualified technicians, however they specialise in Minis so the value is also worth noting. Whilst I own a Mini, these guys will be my go to.

Cannot fault the staff and service, more than helpful, more than friendly. The only place I'll take our Cooper S, and the prices are remarkably competitive, especially considering they are specialists who really know their Minis. Absolutely no reservations in giving them 5 stars.

Customer service is ace. Within 30 minutes of delivering my car they phoned me up with the diagnosis. Spoke about what they found along with costs to repair etc. A curtesy car was provided. These guys are on point.

Took mini cvt to Dankan having been told it needed gearbox rebuild. That would have cost 2 grand. Dan drove it and said it didn't need that. He re adapted the gearbox settings. Car now drives like new and it only cost £110. I was very pleased to say the least.
