My van paint was flatter than the fens! Meg took me through the detailing options on our van we had purchased that had some tired looking paintwork that I wanted to sort before we wrapped it to get a better finish. Although the paint was sound it was by no means shiny and needed some attention. Meg took a great deal of time to explain various options available to me and the best processes for what I was trying to acheive. We agreed on a solution and I left the van in her capable hands for a week. Meg kindly delivered the van to us and I have to say I was delighted with the results. I have posted a few photo of the van before and after so you can see the results. Thank you so much Meg - it came up much better than I expected. If you are looking for a reliable independent company that will guide you through your options, rather than just sell you what suits them, then I would recommend giving Meg a call.

Took my Porsche 911 to Dinks Auto Body Repair after it was hit in a car park. From initial consultation and quote right through to my car being handed back I was delighted. I had a repair needed for a BMW 5 series. Meg and the team at Dinks did a great job and explained everything prior to engagement! They ordered real BMW parts to ensure a perfect match to the body and ensured the car was 100% with a wash & vacuum as well before returning! Great service, Meg and team did a great job! Booked in on Monday and ready to be picked up by Wednesday. Bonnet and rear bumper re sprayed and the dent taken out of the bumper as good as new. The colour is so close you couldn't tell the difference! It's perfect, as good as new :) The courtesy car was a great run. Not a bad cost, will definitely be using them again.

Having never had a scrape or any type of incident in a car before, I was horrified when I scraped the rear side of a hire car on my driveway wall. Needless to say I was panicking and the car was due back in a couple of days. Most places I received a quote from couldn't do it until the following week. Fortunately, Megan at PBR must have felt my plight and was a bit of a Godsend as she managed to get me in the same day and finished the work the following day, despite having other jobs on. Before returning my lease car to the leasing company, I had a number of scratches, bumps and scuffs that needed to be repaired. I used Peterborough Body Repair to carry out these repairs which were carried out in a very timely manner. The dents and scratches, that had been present previously, were undetectable, and the car came back to me looking like new. In fact the leasing company even stated that the car had been returned in a fantastic condition. An excellent experience. Everything was most positive: after taking the car into the workshop I was dropped off at home and after the work was completed I was picked up by a friendly member of the staff and taken to PBR. The repairs to the car were perfect and brought the car to its pristine condition. The price was more than fair, highly competitive and the work completed within 36 hours. I hope I don't need to take the car into them again but if I do get any dents, bumps or scratches I'd have absolutely no doubts in using PBR again.

Took my BMW 325 M Sport in for a quote to replace a front wing due to some unfortunate corrosion that had started. Quote was nearly half the price of what some other jokers had been quoted, and the job was absolutely A1. Colour matched perfectly with a top class finish. A repeat visitor to Peterborough Body Repair. 1st Visit was after a HGV caught the rear side of my L200 over a year ago. The repair was done in a timely manner and to an excellent standard. Meg kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process, which was completed in a timely manner. A replacement vehicle was supplied by workshop whilst the repair was being carried out. 2nd Visit was due to my L200 be returned the Lease company. There were several scratches and knocks which would have incurred a charge. After a previous discussion with Meg, I dropped the vehicle off for a few days and it came back in a faultless condition. Again, I was kept informed throughout the process. Let’s hope there will be no charge, from the Lease company. Hopefully I won’t need to return to Peterborough Body Repair to fix another car. If I do, I know that it will be in safe hands and come back in a pristine condition.

I had one side, the boot and rear bumper re-sprayed here a few weeks back. After it was in for a couple of days I got a call to say they had noticed a few other bits on the car that might need attention (not in the originally discussed works). This included a wing mirror that after 2 years I hadn't got round to fixing but they offered to do this for just the cost of the parts; great customer service. I would have given 5 stars but there was a bit of an issue with the final finish (visible "orange peel") that was nagging me for the first couple of weeks, but credit to them they took it in and rectified the issue straight away without debate. Visited them to enquire about having my alloys refurbished after damaging them against kerbs, and was given a quote to have them fixed and was able to take my car in two weeks later. Dropped it off around 9.30am and the job was completed at about 4pm (for all four wheels), and was pleasantly pleased with the result, all evidence of damage has gone and they look good as new! It's always difficult to find somewhere you can trust when having jobs like this undertaken and I'm satisfied I've found somewhere I would come back to and recommend to friends.
