Well Karl from eden recovery what a brilliant guy. Totally helped us out way beyond the call of duty. My Audi exhaust system developed a problem when coming off the motorway. The front pipe had dropped touching the floor. We were going to harlow from Macclesfield. Contacted my breakdown service and quickly got a phone from Keiron from eden recovery who can i say was fantastic also. Fast in finding where i was and very helpful indeed. This is the first time in over 15 years i have had to use a recovery company to sort out breakdown. Karl quickly temporarily fixed the exhaust and his local knowledge got us and the car to a company who would be able to fix it and true to his word got us there and the car was sorted for 40 quid a new clamp fitted. Karl even stayed to make sure we were ok and checked the garage were able to fix it. Feel like i made a new friend. 5 star service from Eden recovery from start to finish. Thank you very much. You are now on my christmas card list!

After breaking down last night on the a1, a lovely young guy from Edan came and recovered us. He was careful putting the car on the back of the truck and was very friendly. He made conversation for the 130 mile drive home which was good as there is nothing worse than awkward silences. I believe he is the owners son, he was very knowledgable. Thanks Edan

Got Edan sent out from rescue my car breakdown as my Car wouldn't start at all. Eddie came from Peterbrough (hour journey). Kept in contact throughout. When he arrived he was friendly, told me what was wrong with it and managed to push it to a hill and bump start it (with help from a neighbour). Started my car, told me not to turn off, which I would have done if he didn't tell me as I don't have a clue. Which made me able to drive it off to the garage. Very good service. Thanks Eddie.

Bought recovery when I bought my car from Motorpoint... the company called Edan when my car had broken down recently... very good service..... i'd had a nationwide company tell me, without looking at vehicle it needed main dealer attention...when only some of electrics were not working... wich I booked in.. before I could get it there car totally broke down.. would start at all.. when Edan arrived the technician asked the problem.. and any previous problems.. as soon as I told him he diagnosed a battery issue.. he boosted the battery.. everything worked again.. he recommend I keep it running for about 30 mins and replace battery... which I have done and all seems well so have cancelled claim on extended warranty and tests at.main dealer! Would recommend!

Broken down in a hire van rang breakdown services. They put me in contact with edan .They was fast getting to me the technician was fantastic eddy was his name . They then sent out a truck to me what was there within 30 minutes. The lad was also fantastic and was a really nice chap ty carl 👍

Fantastic guy ( Rob )turned up after I called my breakdown because an engine light came on. He was really knowledgeable and reassuring. He was friendly, polite and obviously knew his way round an engine , he explained what he thought the issue was and then put the car on the diagnostic machine and that agreed.... He reccomend a local garage to fix the issue, who I have just called and they seem equally brilliant already. I can't recommend this recovery service more highly they are simply brilliant!!
