I had a few issues with my A/C and went to FRM. It is all working perfectly now and I am really glad I went to this shop. Francis is amazing, very very knowledgeable and experienced! Also, he dealt with my warranty company on both visits to help with the cost of the repairs, that was really helpful to me since I didn't have to make any calls or send pictures, he kindly did all that! And in both occasions he was successful, saving me lots of £££. The whole team is great, also the ladies in the reception were very knowledgeable themselves when you need to explain issues over the phone. Will definitely use this garage again. Many thanks all!

I could not be more thankful to FRM for sorting out my van within 24 hours. Reception ladies are so lovely and the mechanics really know what they're doing. They changed my clutch and other problems they noticed whilst fixing it. A very efficient garage, will definitely be taking my car and van to them in future. Francis saved me a lot of money. Engine Malfunction light came on and I lost power. Called up, booked in for next week and left it with him for a few hours. He found a split pipe and he fixed it for a very good price. I would recommend these guys, they know what they’re doing!

This garage managed to fit me in last minute as I was still a few hours drive from home and wasn't sure if my vehicle was safe to drive. It was making a loud sound as I was driving and after describing it to the mechanic, he knew instantly what it was before looking at it! Gave me the option to wait or come back later. He called me little over an hour later saying the repair was complete. Fantastic service. Very quick and professional. No nonsense mechanic, didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. Definitely recommend!

I'm not from Peterborough and I had to stay overnight for work. My brake warning light appeared the night before. I rang FRM as soon as they opened, on a whim hoping they'd be able to help me. I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodating gentleman on the phone named Mark, who told me he would be able to fit me in that morning and I could bring the car in immediately. Mark was expecting me and told me they would look at it immediately to figure out what was wrong. They spared no effort making sure the brakes were fixed and were safe, as well as continuously informing me of what had occurred and what needed to be done to fix this. They were very thorough and delivered this service to an exceptional standard. They were very kind to me and helped me out big time with this and I cannot say how much I appreciated it!

Brilliant customer service, done as asked with a video of the service (paranoia). Provided me with a courtesy car so that I could leave Peterborough and go home as it was my only day off. They later dropped my car off and took the courtesy car. So far no problems, just having its MOT done so if anything is to change with my review I'll keep you informed.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Came in after our exhaust well and truly split open on our way to Dover to catch a ferry. They were extremely helpful and a brand new exhaust arrived before the old one had been removed! We drove away all repaired within the hour! Amazing service and a reasonable price.

Kris, the highly skilled technician that worked on the suspension of my 18 year old Honda Civic was very focused and was clearly driven to get the job done perfectly first time which he did 110%. I was in the area needed a place to get my car fix after other garages were not very helpful. FRM got me strait in on that day at a time that suite me as I was going to a hospital appointment. On arrival friendly and smiling faces around they found the in good time and got me back out in the road with in two hours. Happy customer as i could of easily been stuck with a baby, so thank again guys.

I just wanted to say thank you for another excellent job! At this time of the Covid 19 crisis we were quite concerned about how to get our car serviced. You solved our problem by coming to our home to collect the car in the morning and dropping it off at the end of the day. Not only were you able to carry out the same Manufacturers required Service on our lease car and offer a collection and drop off service, that my dealership could not offer, but I also saved 20% on the cost! Fantastic service from the moment they answered the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :-) Had a serious issue en route to a conference in Peterborough so googled local garages. After a couple of luke warm responses from other traders, FRM answered the phone and even though they were busy (and they were really busy), they took my car in and managed to source and replace disks, calipers and pads same day. Even loaned me a car so I could get to my conference. They could have taken advantage of my situation, but I came way feeling they'd done quite the opposite - a rare thing these days. Excellent service! E-mailed about my exhaust split in two for my Hungarian car, I got near immediate replies to come over for an inspection for a quote. It was a little bit of a search (but I'm foreign, so everything is a search for me, my navigation threw me off), but once found, they had some time and was placed on the bench. Upon inspection, it could be repaired and they did a splendid job with it. New sleeve on it, they showed me how it looked like and what they will do with it and showed me the end result. Perfect, I highly recommend these guys any day!

It's a good garage tucked away in a corner. Took some time (almost 7 months) to repair my Mercedes but again, it were unprecedented times of covid 19 and all (Short staff and key workers prioritisation). The thing that chafed me was that at the time when I came to pick my car it wasn't in fully working condition even after months of standing there. Radio and whole command centre didn't work which previously used to work. Hand brake was loose and unoperable. Lights had some problems. Still could have been better if not for their reluctance to amend it. But in the end they did fix it which was as well.

Have been using FRM now for many years and have always found Francis and his team to be very professional and reliable which is very important to us in ensuring our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard to ensure we provide our customers with a first class service. They have also been very accommodating in getting a vehicles booked in at the very last minute.

The air conditioning had packed up on the stop-gap X-Trail that l had recently bought and in consequence "Asked Mr Google" for help. FRM came up as a 5 Star garage, Wow ! The recommendations said it all ! So l booked in. Head for the Prison, second gate on the left, no it is not a breakers yard but it is full of vehicles ! Head for the far corner to find them. Don't expect parking bays, dump the car and head through the workshop, (mind how you go) and upstairs to reception where the very efficient Ladies will take care of you. This is a very busy, (because it's popular), working Garage so if you are going to wait you can make your own coffee in the waiting room next to Francis's office, no frills, wot you see is wot you get, Expert, honest workmanship ! Trust me you won't regret it, l was amazed and delighted at the attention to detail. Thank you Francis and your team for a job well done !

I was experiencing a problem with my cooling fans on my VW Touran. FRM responded immediately to my enquiry and accepted my car for a diagnostic check the same day.They identified that we needed to replace the fan control unit. FRM went the 'extra mile' by trying to source after-market parts to keep the costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, the parts did not fit so we then had to fit genuine parts. The repair was completed quickly, within the time frame that was important to me, to minimise the time that the car was off the road. We were shown the parts that needed to be replaced when we collected the car and were also advised on a future non-urgent repair, that would need to be carried out on the MOT, in 8 months time. Excellent customer experience. Good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend FRM to anyone who is looking for support from a genuine, honest and reliable independent garage. I've used FRM for 6 or 7 years now and have never been let down. Latest example of their excellent service was following the replacement of a broken headlamp on a BMW 5 series. BMW quoted me over £900 for the part alone and then another couple of hundred fitting. Within 24 hours Francis had sourced me a headlamp and fitted it saving me hundreds of pounds.
