I've now had tyres, MOT, and servicing here. The manager, Geoff, is really helpful. Most of what I've had done has been "while you wait" which is more convenient than having to leave your car all day. All good. 🙂

Great service here again today 🙂Popped in on the off chance to book an appointment to get my exhaust checked and they managed to get it straight on the ramp and check it over. Luckily only lose bolts this time so they tightened and I was on my way :). Definitely recommend for a friendly efficient service. Thank you

Took my car to in and out in my lunch break from work. My car had a rattling noise coming from underneath the car for a few days so asked if they could look at it for me. Straight away they put it on the ramp and sorted it for me within a few mins. Very impressed, they found the problem, tightened up the loose part and didn't charge me. Thanks in and out, you exceeded my expectations even though it was only a very small job and I would recommend them.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Just had a really outstanding piece of customer service from Jeff and his team at in & out motors in Peterborough. They fixed the problem with my tyre in under 30 minutes and did me a massive favour. Coffee machines good too! lol

In and out saved us today bug time. Halfords messed up our booking twice, and we needed two new tyres to get back north for work on Monday. We couldn't find anyone else in the area apart from in and out, who went above and beyond to get us tyres in at the very last minute. They booked us in the same day and fitted them very quickly. Excellent service and price. I can't recommend them enough!

Booked in for an aircon regas. I Arrive a little early and was greeted warmly and given an estimate on timescale. I was offered to leave and they will call or to wait. I opted to wait as would be about an hour to hour and 15 mins. There was free coffee and free wifi which was taken advantage of and I was also offered remote for the tv. Looked after the whole time and was given informed information about how the regas went. Brilliant service.

We where booked in to have some work carried out. Arrived to be told there was no technician there who could carry out the work and asked to rebook. We asked them to look at our tyre as it was going flat which they did repairing it free of charge due to the inconvenience

I was really apprehensive about using a new garage, but they’re prices for a service and MOT were a lot lower than all others around, so took a chance. I couldn’t be more pleased! I got an appointment the next day - requested on a Friday and got my appointment on a Saturday! For the time I wanted too, all sorted via emails which made it easy for me being busy at work. I dropped my car off, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Left my car with them so I could take the kids to play at Big Sky which is only a 5 min drive away. They called me about 2 hours later, the MOT had passed with a few advisories which I was going to leave as didn’t really want to spend more money, until they told me they have an interest free payment plan, it was only an extra £150 but with the payment plan it makes it easier on the wallet! So they advisories were fixed the same day within 1 hour! Collected the car and again all very friendly and polite, even a toy section for kids to play while I was sorting the paperwork. A great experience, I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will return next year :-)

The guys were really friendly and helpful, sorted out a couple of other small issues on my car for me as well as the job I took it in for. Awesome customer experience, my car had a annoying noise coming from the left suspension, I contact this company and explain that I was in hurry as today was my only day off and I had to pick my kids from school , I never been there before and I was expecting to be charged a lot for the job but for my surprise they fix and didn't charge me a penny. They lubricated the suspension and told that the noise may come back but my suspension was completely safe and didn't need to change. I will definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use them again not because they didn't charge me nothing because they were honest and is hard to find honest people this days.

Well where do I start....... not only have they done everything and more to try and fix my car, they have given me advice, contacting other places to try and get parts for me and have made me feel comfortable going to this garage. I took my car for a service as they provided a great service and bundle price which also includes having my MOT, Air Con recharge and 10% off any future repairs. So I don’t have to worry bout paying for any of this within the next year. They have been polite, friendly and provided great customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone to take their car here. I have to give a big shout out to Marek Hutchins who has provided the best customer service and has made this experience a lot easier to handle and has gone out of his way to help me. Popped in around midday with an urgent need of 4 new tyres. Despite having to order them in and running on reduced staff numbers they very kindly fitted me in later that day. A huge relief for me as I use my car to transport my 5 young boys so safety is paramount. Highlighted a couple of additional issues but no pressure to have extra work done. Had good service here. The Manager on duty was from the Leicester branch and was very good with sorting out replacement tyres when they weren't in stock. I had gone in with a puncture which I was hopeful could be fixed. However after they checked the tyre they confirmed what I had thought would be the case and that the hole was a size that was not repairable. Work was quick. You can see the work being done through the windows in the waiting area and they provide free coffee and tables and chairs.

I haven't had any issues with 'In n Out', I have been using them for over two years now and they are much better than my previous car servicer. The manager explains things well.

I have been using IN'n'OUT for a couple of years. Initially I thought that at such a good price they were going to be looking for work..... NEW UPDATE It's a bit rubbish that Google will not allow me to post a new seperate review. Anyway, took my car i today suspecting that something was wrong with the suspension, turns out it wasn't, it was my n/s rear caliper. 1 new caliper and a set of rear discs and pads later and my car is back on the road, oh and a service to the handbrake shoes. Yip it was more than I hoped was wrong cost wise, but it can't be helped. Anyway George was brilliant, explained in detail, he was patient and has a really nice way to intersect with his customers. A credit to the firm, and I don't know who worked on the car, but thank you to him too, for respecting my car. Another 5 stars from me. UPDATE TO MY POST BELOW: I also received a text linking me to a video of the checks on my car, AMAZING IDEA, ABSOLUTELY BLOODY AMAZING. Pity I cannot upload into the review, but I have uploaded it to Pictures Inside. Had full service and MOT done today, magic customer service all round and really helpful guys. 10 out of 10

Would recommend this place to anyone. What a pleasant change these days to find, not only a very friendly and efficient service, but also a completely honest and trustworthy one. Not the slightest attempt to try and make extra work for themselves, with spurious "advisories", just a straightforward full check of your vehicle. Exactly as an MOT test should be! This place also lives up to its name. I arrived to see about booking a test, they had a free bay at that time and I was "In 'n'Out" straight away...... even looked after me with coffee as I sat in the clean and comfortable waiting and viewing area. Thanks again guys. I will be back and most definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.

Can't say enough about the team at 4 Phorpes Close, Hampton, Peterborough. I turned up unannounced with a very sick car and despite being very busy they immediately took my car away and stuck it on the diagnostic machine. within 15 mins they told me what was wrong and what I needed to have done. offered to keep it with them and promised it would be done by Friday, this was on the Monday, on Wednesday at midday they called me and told me the car was fixed and ready to be collected at my convenience in that short amount of time they had ordered the part that I needed and fitted it carried out numerous fixes and a full service. I don't have a single negative comment about this place. I have been a regular customer and have always had the same gold standard of service and have never been ripped off or had unnecessary work done. Top class outfit and top class people. Ben Kincarr is an absolute credit to the organisation. I simply will not go anywhere else. 10/10

Online appointment booking for the time slot to suit my busy day. Staff really friendly and polite. The customer waiting area isnt the tiny filthy area most of us are used to, it has plenty of seats, a TV and is clean!!! Customer waiting areas has a cctv monitor and multiple windows into the workshop so you can see what exactly is being done to your car. Breathe of fresh air compared to other car service centres.
