Brake Pad warning light showed on the Car Warnings Today being a Friday around Noon. Phoned and spoke to Oliver, and within a few hours every brake pad changed . Oliver and his Team Member were extremely knowledgeable, Courteous and Helpful--Very Well Done . Compared to our Landrover Main Dealer Quote Kwikfit were very Competitive. I dropped my car in to this branch of Kwik Fit with what appeared to be a puncture. The staff at the branch were incredibly helpful. They got the car looked at really quickly (just after opening time), found the source of the problem which was a very large screw in the tyre. They were able to complete a puncture repair quickly and incredibly efficiently. A really fantastic level of service. The problem had been inspected, diagnosed and repaired within 40 mins. Thank you!

Arrival procedures were not particularly clear after having booked new tyres and fitting online. The price was very reasonable with a good year discount applied. Check in was seemless, the tyres were fitted in what seemed like an appropriate timescale. I had a couple of free checks; my alignment results were reported as off but there was no hard sell after they were explained well. Overall a decent experience.

I came in yesterday with my husband, we were very warmly greeted, by Alex and Oliver. My Motability car was booked in to have 2 new front tyres. The staff were fabulous, explained they had to collect the ones I needed from their depot at Hampton, as they didn't have my size on the premises, but I didn't mind waiting as it was a pleasure to sit within their company. Lee the person who worked on my car was fabulous, I'm so pleased he didn't feel left out by doing a bit of work! All 3 of these staff today were very helpful and I felt like a valued customer. The centre is located on one of the busy twin lane boulevard's, on first impressions it was a nice place. However, we went in for 2 tyres on opposite corners to be replaced and tracking on our lease car, looking around the reception documents said that new tyres will be matched on the rear axle, this didn't happen. While we waited and walked to Mcds to get a drink, they discovered that the front pads and discs ideally needed replacing, however instead of asking if we had time for these to be replaced, they put in the authorisation request for approval, and as they had done this they could not release the car until this work was completed, this information was only given after I overheard one of the technicians ordering the parts with our registration. The work was completed after nearly 3 hours but the tracking hadn't been done. Communication with the customer needs to be better so be very aware when visiting.

Visited Kwik Fit for a free brake inspection, (I suspected I needed new pads) on my Range Rover Sport. This inspection confirmed it. What I did not expect was to be told the parts would be here in 30mins & the job would be done ASAP. Keith the technician was brilliant. Job completed in 2hrs start to finish and at a fraction of the price quoted at the main dealership. Nothing but praise for the company & the staff at The Boulevard Peterborough. First class service & value.

Called in just before closing and receive great customer service. Car was checked immediately and tyre repaired rather than being automatically sold a brand new one. Work was carried out quickly at a good price. All staff were friendly and professional - it was some of the best customer service I have ever received in Peterborough.

I telephoned the Bourges Boulevard branch yesterday as I could hear a grinding noise when I braked, I spoke to Alex. He got me an appointment when I finished work and very quickly had checked my cars brakes, he showed me the damage and ordered me new parts, they were all fitted that day by him and his team. I have had to re-write my review to reflect my most recent experiences at this branch. Although the first review was a 5 star one. If I could add more stars I would, purely due to the fact that the folks at this branch (particularly the manager Jamie) have taken customer service to infinity and beyond!! I cannot sing his praises, or thank him enough for continually going above and beyond to assist me with the various car crisis’s I’ve had in the last few months. I’ll be a customer for life - trust, great prices and unparalleled customer service go a very long way in my book; I highly recommend a visit if you haven’t booked already.

Unfortunately for me, second visit this year - I had a large screw in my recently fitted rear OS tyre. Excellent service by the Team: Alex (manager) kept a load of customers, occasional delivery men, and his workmates happy throughout. My own experience has been pretty good xosi I had an emergency situation on a Sunday! The chaps at this branch were very helpful. I needed to replace my rear tyres and get my tracking done, as there were bald on the inside edge. They only had 1 tyre of my preference at this branch but said they can have another from the London road branch delivered within the hour. I left my car there and within 2 hours I received a phone call that my car was ready for collection. Overall I was very pleased at the outcome, there have been horror stories from Kwik fit in the past, but if you are in an emergency situation then they can be a welcome sight!

Wasn’t going to use Kwik-Fit after a relative’s poor service at the London Road branch, but decided to chose this branch as the price was cheapest and could carry out the work promptly. Unusual to find tyres on a Sunday that doesn’t involve delivery the filling day! I was in a jam and these guys helped me out when I needed two back tyres urgently not only that but they took the time to identify the rear tracking was way out and had caused the abnormal wear. I was on the road again in the shortest possible time and with a 250 commute that evening I was reassured that all the rubber was hitting the road!!

He was so helpful and friendly and started the job the minute the tyres came from the London Road branch. He asked about my budget and came back with a cracking price! Fantastic team Connor,Jamie, and Ryan, came to my rescue 5 mins befor they where closing kept stor open untill I arrived. Fitted me a new tyre because mine had a screw in it.
