I popped into Kwik Fit on the off-chance that they had a spare front windscreen wiper blade, and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Despite not having an appointment, they found me the correct size wiper and even kindly fitted it for no extra charge - and all in no more than 15 minutes. Original quote at garage was £15 more than when purchased online "BIG DIFFERENCE" I purchase my Goodyear tyre online and chose the date I wanted them fitted. Turned up at 11am and come 11:30am I was on my way. Paperwork is emailed all done and dusted. GREAT JOB

I called the Maskew Avenue site using a local number and was treated professionally. My needs were discussed and I arranged to visit. I masked up and was pleased to see everybody else (visiting) was too. My tyres and alignment were carried out quickly, professionally and I was extrememly happy with the way I was treated. While I was there the manager was kind enough to offer a veteran his "minor" exhaust repair for free. As a fellow veteran that meant a lot to me personally. Hats off to Kwik Fit. I'm more than happy to recommend them to anybody.

After being let down multiple times by a local tyre place, I called Kwik fit hoping they would be able to accept my car as a walk in for a replacement tyre that couldn’t wait. Great service received by these guys yesterday. The new reception area is spacious and plenty of space to be able to remain socially distanced. Not only did they sort out the burst tyre, they also sorted out the issues with the leasing company about what tyre was able to be put on the car, helped charge my phone when it went flat and to top things off were totally patient when it took me half hour to get the car started again while it was stuck in their garage (key not working). Really nice people

My second visit to this centre. Great experience both times. First time was for tyre. I found them competitively priced and the staff were pleasant and efficient. This last visit were for brake pads. Phoned and was told to go call in straight away. All brake pads and discs inspected. Front pads changed out in 30minutes. It would have been excellent service if there had not been a problem with refitting one of the wheels. Even this was identified and resolved efficiently. Cannot fault Ben and his team.

Overall my experience was satisfactory. However I was a little put off by all the mechanics having quite black hands (from their work) and the lack of full information concerning the condition of the car i.e. I wanted to know more about my tyres, but had to ask the questions rather than it being supplied on the MOT forms. The cost is OK but maybe there should be a more permanent presence in the office to allow conversations about cars, as the mechanics appeared to be very hard at work all the time

MOT booked for a 45min slot at 10am. Car was ready 45mins later. Explanation of "advisory points" was clear. I was satisfied with my appointment. Waiting area is COVID safe. Team were COVID safe. It was obvious that they were VERY busy that day due to staff shortage with one chap manning the office AND carrying out tyre changes. Despite everything he was honest and courteous and I witnessed him deal politely with one rather difficult customer that didn't want to take "No more slots available today" for an answer. Really positive experience. Booked in free-tyre check after being missinformed at national tyres. Turned out that free check at kwik fit gave me more relevant information about the state of my car's tyres than a £55 express service at national tyres... They really helped me out when I was in a bit of bind, my son had a puncture and was just down the road, but the car had no spare tyre and no equipment to take it off. The guys helped me to get the tyre off and to the depot, changed it and got it back on. 5 star for customer service, really appreciated it.

Superb service especially from Ben, his apprentice Connor also an assets to your company. Went in for a tyre check around 1pm where they didn’t have no tyres. I traveled down from Carlisle to peterborough today unbeknown to me with a dodgy brake. I rang kwik fit as soon as I arrived and they advised me to take the car down half an hour later. Within 2 hours they had found the problem with my car, had sourced the part and repaired my car after doing a wheel balance check tyre check and screen wash check. I needed one Pirelli P Zero Rosso and Kwik Fit was the best price I could find. I ordered and booked on line. I arrived on time for a 12:00 appointment and my invoice was timed 13:14. The Staff were very apologetic about the delay but it rather defeated the point of booking an appointment. Another Customer had been there for over one and a half hours. And, on a minor point, the rolling promotional video in the Waiting Room gets exceedingly irritating after three or four repetitions!! I will use them again if the price is right, but will not expect great Customer Service.

I had my car MOT and service and subsequent work undertaken yesterday at Peterborough Maskew Avenue. Pat was efficient and friendly at reception and on the phone calling with report of the MOT and work required and to advise the car was ready, and upon my return going over the paperwork and payment. I think the technician was Martin and he was friendly and I am pleased with the work. The centre is clean and inviting. Trying to help, I’d normally go to see Will and the team at Bourges Boulevard but they were struggling to recruit a replacement service technician so Will redirected me to Dan at Maskew Avenue. Maskew Avenue would benefit from two minor bits of attention, refilling the coffee cabinet with sachets, and giving the floor of the otherwise sparkling lavatory a daily deep clean. In summary, a great service and I thoroughly recommend KwikFit once again. Kind regards, Tim Snowball

I was very impressed with the staff at this particular branch. I’d booked for my tyres replacing for the Sunday and called ahead to explain that I would need new brake pads as my warning light was telling me this. The fitter expressed concern on the phone as he knew (but I didn’t) that accessing the right components on a Sunday would be difficult. Instead of just letting me come on the Sunday to find out this then, he organised for me to come in earlier as the tyres had already arrived. Its rare that people have the presence of mind and true care for the customer’s need. He made sure I wouldn’t have to make two visits.

The asstant manager Dan and all the staff did a fantastic job only let down by their suppliers first not sending all the required parts and three times sending the wrong parts. But the kwik fit staff remained cheerful and polite. They are a credit to the company

I booked my appointment (and changed it) online. On arrival I found my appointment was not in the diary and my tyres were not in stock. This appears to be head office's problem. I came back the next morning and my tyres were quickly fitted.

I own two cars, one is a Classic car and the other is a more modern daily driver, I take them both to Kwik-Fit on Maskew Avenue, Peterborough, I have MOT's done there and also any other tire or exhaust work, I find that once you get to know the guys there they will go that extra distance to look after you. I sometimes have to leave my car with them due to my work hours conflicting with their opening times, but they always get the job done, always look after my cars and if I am unable to collect the same day they always park it inside before going home. Great service. and on a last note, they will never try and sell you anything that your car doesn't honestly need.
