Took my XE 2015 in for a diagnostic and repair for an issue with the nox sensor. The team were very friendly and super efficient. Dropped the car off in the morning and they had it fixed by the afternoon. I wish i'd known about Nene Jag sooner. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them as my go too for any issues in the future.

2011 Jaguar XFS 3ltr Diesel (Facelift) - The folks at Nene are lovely and I really cannot recommend them highly enough! Unfortunately for me I found them under bad circumstance. After purchasing a bit of a lemon (despite an AA inspection), I found that 3 of the dampers and stacks of the suspension components were knackered - anyone who owns this particular model can confirm the hefty cost of parts. Several thousand pounds later, I finally have the car I should have received from the used dealer - it's a dream drive! Hopefully I will succeed at recovering the costs from those responsible. Top work from Nene though and I shall be using them for my next service :) - Dan

Two other independent specialists had failed to notice worn antiroll bar and front upper wishbone bushes. This and other work by NJS has transformed my XK8. The use of a courtesy car was appreciated.

Nene Jag specialist ltd, did a full major service on my E pace. Booking was easy and fitted to my needs. Arrived at 8.30am and car was ready to collect by 11.30am. Service was excellent and complete. I have been using Nene Jaguar to service my car for the last 9 years, prior to this it was by the local main dealer. The reason that I tried Nene Jaguar was due to offering a lower service cost, but I have stayed with them as I have found that the advice provided, work carried out, attention to detail and Customer interface is absolutely first class. My decision to return year in year out is now solely based on the level and quality of the service that I have received, with the secondary benefit of saving money over main dealer pricing.

2nd time using NJS Ltd who were recommended by a friend. This time I had a major service & timing belt. I am very happy with the customer service, technical expertise & all round professionalism shown. I am usually in favour of dealerships because they understand their cars but I will always use NJS Ltd in the future during Jaguar ownership.They were very thorough and carry out an all round detailed inspection included in the pricing which was cheaper than the main agent. I would have liked a bigger margin in the pricing between NJS Ltd and the main agent but to be fair NJS Ltd are using original parts and the best oil etc. I am a satisfied customer.

I booked in to have a rattle from my exhaust diagnosed by Clive. He spent nearly 1 hour looking into the fault and gave me some advice to move forward. I wasn't charged for his time which I thought was a really nice gesture. I will certainly be coming to have work carried out on my car, it's clear to see his passion for Jaguars. Julia on reception is really friendly and extremely professional. I heard her dealing with other customers and you can see she genuinely takes interest with customers concerns and issues. Had full lubricants change and engine diagnostic check (all's well) on my newly acquired XJ. Was suggesting other work might be needed, but Clive felt that wasn't necessary at the moment. To me, that's a definite indication of his professionalism and integrity over making a fast buck. I'm still going to get those jobs done at a later stage - and it'll definitely be with Nene Jag. Their S-Type courtesy car was also a pleasure to drive.

The best four your jaguar and only the best have how got a nice warm jag to. Thank you clive four to day the super man of all things jaguar if you own or drive a jaguar car this is the only place to take it to when you need help or service work and pepair work done all way good and only use is the Guerin part from jaguar will all way give you price four the work to be done and will tell all about the work witch is good to know and when he as a oil and filer change will only use top quality oil wood to put cheap oil in a jaguar engine noway thank you Clive for finding the coolant leak simply the the best good as allways

I’ve been taking my car to Nene Jag Specialists for a few years now, and I can honestly say I’ve been delighted with the service on all occasions. Clive and Julia are obviously both knowledgable and passionate about their business. They are also always happy to take few minutes to explain things and offer their advice: and they won’t recommend work unless it needs doing! After an indifferent main dealer experience, I’m really glad that I found this garage as it makes Jaguar ownership so much easier.

I recently bought my first Jaguar, a 3 year old XF and wanted something in between the cheap fixed price "one size fits all" servicing outlet I used previously, without the expense of the main dealer. This non franchised Jaguar specialist seemed the ideal solution and the reviews looked promising. I've had one main service so far and also returned for some additional work. So far all has been good. Staff are helpful and polite, they seem to know their stuff and are happy to explain it to you. Premises are basic, but that suits me fine - if you want glitz, go to the main dealer up the road and they'll charge you another £100-150, for my service, for the privilege - no thanks! I'd like it if prices were a bit lower, but I guess if you want budget motoring, you're not going to buy a Jaguar. Free courtesy cars are a bonus too, some of them a bit long in the tooth (so far I've had 2 S Types), but they get me to work and back no problem. I note they don't offer MOT's, but use another local garage, so will see how that works out next time its due. In summary it fits my bill, I'd recommend them on the evidence so far and will be using them again.

Rang to ask some advice on which oil to put in my car, after the local dealer was unhelpful. The lady i spoke to was so polite and answered my question without any problem. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely be booking in for a service in the near future.

I phoned, (someone answered immediately) and they (Julia) arranged an appointment and diagnosed the fault in the air/con (without charge) and then ordered the parts. Once they had arrived, the problem was fixed while I waited and the total cost was considerably less than the off-hand estimate I had from a main Jaguar dealership (who did not bother to return my phone calls). For good service and communication and letting you see what they are doing, I highly recommend them i.e. Julia and Clive - they are really friendly.

My two visits to Nene Jag Specialists have both been very successful. The first one was sensational: Having had the most awful experience with Marshalls (car out of action for days, huge expense, no positive solution to frequent "Limp Home" problems) I searched around, and tried Nene Jag Specialists. The car was ready in two days, and has been running like a dream. The second visit was a minor problem involving the alarm system, but was sorted out in 35 minutes! Well done! High recommended.
