I'd never heard of or used Pronto before but this was a good experience despite my reservations based on other reviews. My KIA Proceed GT went in for non-fault accident repairs resulting in a new front bumper due to the damage caused by a 3rd party. I did have to wait 2 months to get it booked in (they were very busy) but all was done through my insurance company so I went with it. I dropped the car off and was advised 1-2 weeks. 1 week later (earlier than expected) I picked it up. The quality of repair and finish on the paint are absolutely superb. My paint is pearlescent white and the match is perfect. Very pleased with how my car now looks and cannot argue with the quality of the work. The only negative was I had to call them for updates rather than them updating me as they said they would. Very happy though as I've got my car back, washed and looking amazing. 👍

Following an accident earlier this year my vehicle was repaired by Pronto! The service was excellent and the staff were pleasant, courteous and kept me fully informed throughout the duration of the repairs. I had never heard of Pronto previously but would certainly recommend them following this experience. We had an accident and the insurers sent our van in for repair. Things took a VERY long time to get actioned, hence the downgraded score on my review. Getting answers takes a lot longer than you might like as well, however when it came to the inspections etc they were obviously very thorough as the vehicle was subsequently written off as a result of what they found from the accident that wasn't necessarily visible. They did provide us with a car as a replacement vehicle as they didn't have any vans available at the time, we didn't really use the car as we did not want to transport goods in the car and risk damaging seats etc. I think with better customer service, more regular feedback or updates and a more speedy service this could easily have been improved to a 5 star rating.

Took my car here after being in an accident. The team were courteous, informative and very helpful. They were honest with the possible delay in getting the parts but this did not transpire and my car was completely ( and admirably) repaired within 3 weeks. Spencer from Pronto was excellent. He kept me fully up to date with the status of my car repair and I was never left wondering what what going on and never felt the need to chase them for updates. The quality of the work was spot on and looks like new! The car was collected and returned, polished and valeted to a very high standard. The quality of the repairs on the bodywork and windscreen Is excellent, particularly important because it was a new car for me which had been damaged in the storms. It was undrivable so the garage collected my car and dropped off a courtesy car, which was invaluable. But when the work had been done they were also helpful and dropped my car back to me, which made life easy. Spencer was great at giving me weekly updates as to the progress and I was grateful to him for that. And Andrea was always on the end of the phone when I needed to speak to someone at the garage if Spencer was not available. Both made a painful experience much easier, and I was really pleased with the work done; my car looks as good as new.

Even though my car took a little longer than expected I have to say my car came back looking amazing and who ever did the valeting deserves a bonus because it wasn’t the cleanest inside. I think they should offer valeting as an extra service outside of the repairs I would happily pay more than the average price if my car looked and smelt like this all the time :0)

Having gone through a really unlucky patch of 2 accidents in 5 weeks, and a really abysmal repair from a local mechanics, i was pleasantly surprised as to how Pronto exceeded my expectations. Joseph Hilliam is an asset to the company. He kept me informed with all repairs, timescales and any other issues which popped up. He even managed to sort out the headaches with the third party providing me the courtesy car when they began to demand it back even though my car wasn't ready.
