I've used QT for many years for my Golf R and always had exemplary service. I've recently bought a caravelle and had some remedial work done - Sarah at QT was extremely helpful and patient, the work has been carried out perfectly and at a reasonable price - five stars.

So I have now used these guys a few times for various requirements for my Audi Q5 - Service, MOT and fixing an issue with reversing light. I cannot recommend them enough. From the second they pick up the phone it is obvious that these guys have a passion for VW Audis. I have dealt with Harry (at Cambridge) and Kelvin (at Peterborough) and they are both totally clued up. Better still, they listened to me like I might have some clue too, which was great. I have dealt with a lot of garage services (because I have a habit of buying 'classics'!), and Quattro Tech are right there at the top of my list.

2017 T6 VW California Camper - screen between the clocks and on the media head both went dark - perfect at night, terrible during the day. Main dealer could not diagnose. Couldn't find anyone else who had suffered the same fault on the forums. Left it with Kelvin at QT and he narrowed it down to most likely the photo-cell in dash but a replacement dash was £1,300 and it was an expensive risk if it didn't fix the issue. We chatted through options and he said, leave it with him. Kelvin searched out a firm that had a test rig for the dash who confirmed it was the photo-cell but even better were able to replace it for a fraction of the price of a new dash. Great to see proper fault finding and a determination to get to the bottom of an issue in these days of fault-code engineering. Can't recommend them enough based on my experience.

Had to take my golf in for an repair as brake caliper had failed causing a dangerous issue. Booked the car in for the Friday but dropped off on Thursday. They managed to get the parts in and repair done to a very high standard on the Thursday enabling me to get back to work sooner than I thought. Took our 2015 Polo GTI to QT Peterborough to investigate Engine management light and poor idle. Imagine my surprise / delight when they called back to say all done / tested and under £40. They spotted the oil filler cap was loose just before starting main diagnostics. Part was very expensive at over £600 once in workshop thay found a fuse missing they were honest and replaced the fuse job done many would of taken the money for replacing the part. Very nice staff and their work always seems good - that is they make me feel like I understand what needs doing and why, and the fixes/maintenance performed always seems to work well. Labour costs are welcome (lower than main dealer!) and I use them because they are VAG specialists. They are often happy to hear my thoughts on things too when I am troubleshooting or wanting to know more. Only down-side is not enough courtesy cars available, so a return taxi fair adds 24 quid to the cost of any work.

They are very friendly, I believe trustworthy, and reasonably priced. They gave me a really competitive quote and the work carried out was first class. From start to finish they were great to deal with. These guys are automotive ninjas. You name it, I've had the work done here. I would never consider taking my cars anywhere else now. You never feel like you are being taken for a ride unlike some other places including main dealers. My latest visit was to replace a broken spring and speed sensor. Despite being busy and as the work was essential, they fitted me in. Turned the car round the same day and that included fitting 4 lowering springs which I bought. Much cheaper than the alternatives and worth travelling for the reassurance of having such pros fixing your car. Thanks again to all the team.

I had took my audi S5 2015 in today to get my brake pads and discs fitted which i had bought from eurocar parts, well what can i say these guys actually know what they are doing, i had travelled from london, 100 Miles based on the reviews that i had read online, the job was perfect, done in two hours, and another issue that i have been facing is a rattle with the exhaust, with a simple inspection they had found that the inside of the Catylic convertor is broken thus the reason once revved makes a rattling noise, been booked again next thursday to get it replaced, i have full faith in these guys and wish them all the best with their business to keep expanding.
