Ease of booking and good opening hours to enable drop off and pickup. Friendly staff with good advice on offer. Recommend taking a newer car to avoid dealership higher costs. Sometimes they offer either a shuttle bus to drop you off or they pick up the car from your house if you need this assistance.

I had a problem with my Bmw and i needed it sorting by a garage i could trust as it was my engine diagnostic light on and i wanted somewhere i knew would not rip me off and be totally honest i was not let down the service i got was fantastic and my car was sorted so i could get to work and not have to take time off. They are brilliant i wont go anywhere else now and i highly recommend to anyone if you want a garage you can trust.

Would thoroughly recommend SMS to anyone. Always a professional service at a reasonable cost. Nothing is too much trouble! Called Friday afternoon needing a tyre replacing ASAP, tyre was ordered in and fitted by 1pm the next day! Have taken all of our cars/vans there and would never go anywhere else!

I've been using SMS for over 10 years after the head mechanic from the garage I had previously used moved there when the business closed. I have continued to use them because I know I can trust them. They charge a fair price for their work, often cheaper than their competitors, and have done a good job every time I've used them. I'm going to have some tyres fitted today at a price lower than Black Circles quoted. I have always found them to be friendly, honest and reliable. On more than one occasion I have asked them to do a job and on inspection they have advised me that the work was not necessary, saving me money and reducing their profit. Many garages I have used in the past would have kept quiet and done the work. The other review on here is so far from the experience I have had with SMS I almost wonder if he'd gone to the wrong place. I must stress that I have no connection with SMS other than as a satisfied long term customer.
