A. G.Thompsons was recommended to me by a colleague and I'm glad it was. I needed a speedy mot on one of my cars (as usual I left it to the last minute). Not only did they squeeze me in the next day, but was completed before midday. Great price too. I was that impressed I decided to encourage the exhaust to fall off my other car. 🤦. Once again they squeezed me in ASAP. Not only did they put a new exhaust on but replaced a headlamp and topped up my coolant as a compliment. Great job ladies and gentlemen 👍

Was remembered and welcomed like a VIP customer. That made my day. However it was improved even more by everything being done perfectly at a reasonable cost.
A garage you can trust not to rip you off and to do what YOU want done in a good timeframe.

My car had flood damage from a huge downpour, I took it to Thompson's and I'm so relieved I did. I don't have a great deal of car knowledge but after speaking to Nick, I felt completely rest assured. The advice I was given will stay with me for life and be passed on to my children.
My car was with Thompson's for a week while I was at work and never once was I rushed for payment or to get the car taken away. Aaron who worked on the car went into detail with his knowledge even though he must have had lots to do.
Jan was fantastic too, friendly, patient and honest and helped me with the insurance company.
There's a reason Thompson's Service center are full. It's their people and expertise.

A. R.I have been using this garage for years, and they have always been VERY good. Took my car in first thing this morning without a booking and explained that the battery was flat and there was a problem with the car door, and that I needed the car for a hospital appointment that morning. Within an hour and a half I got a call that the car was ready for collection.
I cannot praise them enough, so to the whole team THANK YOU ALL.

I like doing my own routine maintenance, but if it's beyond my ability to do the job I have been using this garage for years. Nick is a top bloke with an ace team working for him.

This kind of disgusting tactic being used by a competing garage is clearly a ploy, and shows the kind of outfit they are operating. Thompson Service Centre may not be the cheapest garage around, but I have always had a great service even when dropping in unannouced. If Brake & Service require web promotion they should really invest some of the advertising budget rather than slating a good garage to try to gain a handful of customers.
Thompson Service Centre would never turn a customer aware for headlight aim, this statement is a total falisy.They always ensure that I am looked after, Jan on reception is a pleasure to deal with, and my tea cup is never empty!
Thompson's have been around for 20 years and have a large happy customer base. I'd advise anyone reading these reviews to disregard the above and go and see Nick, find out if the other review is true and post back here with your findings. I'll bet you'll be happy.

Oameni buni ,de ajutor si punctuali mi-a plăcut.In 8 06 20 dus masina in servis marți in 9 06 20 ora13am ridicat masina cu mot distribuție,filtre și ulei schimbate+AC niște oameni fenomenali seriozitate competența sincer recomand. Și prețul ok!!!!!
