One of the most reliable, efficient and trustworthy garages I have come across. They always go the extra mile to help you and will only charge you for the repairs which are required and with no hidden costs. They have even come down to check if everything is working ok just to give me that piece of mind. I am not very good with Cars and it’s nice to have a garage who go out their way to help and that I can trust. Thank you to all the staff for what you do. Amazing staff and excellent service.

A very genuine, kind, friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. My car broke at 9pm, called next morning at 8.30am, diagnosed by 9am and booked in to fix in a few days time!

Excellent service, thoroughly recommended. Replaced my cambelt for half of what the main dealer was going to charge. They even collected my car and returned it as I couldn't get a lift from their garage and back. Have used Willow Garage three times now and will certainly return.

I have been using this garage for quite a few years now and would not dream of going anywhere else. The boss Kevin and his staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Can't recommend the guys at Willow Road enough. Helpful, friendly and go the extra mile to assist. I had my AC regassed and when it still wasn't quite working right, they looked at it and regassed free of charge.y other half also had a knocking noise in his car and they looked at that for free for him. Great prices for service and MOT too. 100% the only garage I would use for our cars.

Had to start using willow road when other garages were unhelpful in fixing my car. kev has managed to fix my car's where others haven't. Prices are unbelievable cheap for service and repairs, parts have definitely been changed. Car drives better after been in there. Haven't been to another garage in years. We have taken our vehicles to Willow Road Garage for repairs and MOTs and Kev and his team have always been very helpful. I forgot about an MOT for one of our vehicles, I called Kev and he managed to fit us in, saved me a long walk to work! Four service visits in past two years with three motors ( one was a classic MGF ). You can trust these friendly folks for prompt reliable work and at a very fair price. When I drive away I know I can trust the work they have done and my motor is safe to drive. I do not normally recommend services, but you can book in with Willow Road Garage with confidence as I do and know you will be treated right.
