Colebrook Transporters are simply the best garage I have ever used in 30+ years of car / van ownership and it's only when I moved from the area that I appreciated just how good they were. For many years they looked after my 2003 T4 servicing, fixing and upgrading as needed, several times saving planned trips when something went wrong at the last minute and they without fail, stepped up to save our bacon. Rob and his team were always professional, helpful and often did that little bit extra needed to keep an older van on the road. Today they have helped me out remotely, I am 1500km away and they still supplied me with information to get my van back on the road. I wish they would all move nearer to my new home in Sweden, they would make a fortune here!

During my holiday with wife and 2 kids in south England with my 21 years old T4 right hand camper van I looked for support due to an broken alternator and a fuel leak in the engine room. Two VW main dealer wasn’t willing to help and I found this guys as my last hope. They rearranged the workshop queue, have had the right parts on stock and fixed everything in less then 3 hours. Perfect service! Perfect work, this guys made us ready for the road again. Thank you very much!!!

Very friendly and competent garage, highly recommended! As usually car problems strike you always in vacation: Our Renault Trafic Campervan had starting problems. But the extremely friendly and competent Team from Colebrook CSC helped us the same day and had us up and running again in no time, while other garages turned us down and only had service appointments available weeks later. This really saved our roadtrip through south England and these many lovely landscapes. So a thousand thanks for the great work to Marcus and his colleagues and best regards from Austria and Italy.

Colebrook fitting a Shapes GRP permanent high top onto my LWB T4. They were recommended by the company that made the roof, had a very reasonable price for fitting and a good turn around. Worth the drive down from London to get the job done. Quite minimal on the communication for an anxious owner, but they delivered quality work on time, what more do you need.

A rare find. A mechanic who genuinely cares. They kept a very good open line of communication at every step of the way and offered a good honest service. Looe Lions needed a step fitted to our mini bus. We were unsure of the options which were available. After recently purchasing a VW, I had it recovered to CCSC on a weekend after the starter motor failed. They were amazing, saw it the first working day, did a Health Check & although other things needed doing they communicated this to me every step of the way with pricing, even speaking to me face to face (Thank you Marcus!) & even dod an after check! Very impressed with the service, I will definitely be using them from now on for my T5. I paid for an hours diagnostic to find the cause of a judder under load at 2k rpm and it was well worth it, I had a full breakdown of the problems. I feel in the long run I am better off than using my local garage.

Brilliant garage, they saved us after a wheel bearing collapsed on our VW T2 on the way to the Roscoff ferry. Called them more in hope than expectation to try and get a repair in time to catch the ferry, they were amazing and sorted us out within hours in plenty of time. Great service, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff, thank you so much. They even entertained our cats who were with us on the way to Brittany!

Can highly recommend Colebrook, they went out of their way to source and fit a spare wheel for our VW T5 at very short notice only a couple of hours before getting on the ferry. After 25 years plus of motoring I've never used a garage for repairs or servicing, but recently I had a camshaft failure on my vw t4 so I rebuilt the engine but it just would not start and run correctly... The guys at Colebrook Transporters gave me advice on things to check but I had no luck... They offered to take a look for me and assured me that they could sort it, having not used a garage before I was apprehensive handing over my key to my pride and joy. But I was immediately put at ease by the staff who were friendly and professional. Within a few short hours I had a message saying my van was up and running as it should now. I could not believe the difference when I drive it home. Their fast and friendly service coupled with vast experience and knowledge of these Van's really saved the day. Although I will probably still do my own maintenance if I'm ever stuck for ideas or cant tackle something myself I know where I'll be going in future. Thankyou guys

Booked both my vehicles in for various works. Firstly my 09 3 series bmw for swell flap repair, re-map, full service and mot. Secondly my t4 for mot, starter motor and glow plugs. We wanted a slide out kitchen unit to utilise the living area, we thought it would be too hard to do as never seen it done before but Rob came up with an idea and it works perfectly. Had the belts done on my T4 in a speedy time-frame, I was grateful as I was only in the area for the weekend and was struggling to find a decent mechanic in London. I was disappointed to find that they had not reattached one of the hoses to my vacuum pump causing me to realise I had no brakes as I drove down the road, an honest mistake.

We wanted some bespoke units for our VW Crafter, nobody we spoke to was able to offer exactly what we wanted until we spoke to Colebroke. We designed what we wanted and they built and installed them. Couldn't be more happy with them.
