I could not reccomed this place enough, Jon is absolutely amazing and i could not thank him enough for how helpful and lovely he has been! Last Thursday (15/09/2022) I had contacted the garage via their online enquiry after finding a vehicle on autotrader! I received a phone call within an hour to book in a test drive for the same day. They are very speedy when it comes to getting in contact! After a successful test drive, I decided that was the car for me and my new family. Jon was absolutely amazing, he took care of me throughout the process. The car needed a few tweaks before he would allow me to take it away, especially with a newborn he was adamant to check the vehicle over himself once the technicians were finished. I picked up my Honda CRV on the (21/09/2022) and I could not be happier! The car itself is immaculate and was valeted to a high standard, definitely don't expect that type of service from an MOT garage! I will definitely be going back to them each year for the MOT!

Recently bought a lovely Fiesta ST here at Plymouth, and we drove all the way from Essex! The drive may have been long, but the experience was most certainly worth it - It all started from a simple phone call! Our salesman, Jon, was very easy to talk to, and he had run through everything so clearly, everything was very simple to understand. Once you arrive there, everything is already perfectly arranged, you are basically counting mere minutes before you walk out with your new vehicle. I haven't ever experienced service in this calibre, even with main dealers. These guys are doing their things right! Even though we are from Essex, it is still likely that we'll return again. My Alternator light came on well I thought it was my Alternator light rang jon at Efford service station rang two garages before him next week at the earliest after talking to Jon for 5 minutes he said bring it in first thing and we will try and fit it in dropped it in and the team got to work jon rang me and said it’s not your Alternator or battery it’s your cat 3hours later we have replaced the cat and you had a small leak on your cooling so the lads fixed the leak Absolutely top notch they can have all my business thank you Wayne top mechanic and Jon legend !

Just had the pleasure of buying a Range Rover Evoque from these guys and I couldn’t be more impressed. When I initially turned up to view the car I was instantly put at ease from Jon and the team. After browsing lots of local garages on the internet, we found a car that ticked all our boxes at this garage, after a brief visit to view the vehicle which was a very relaxed process with no pressure to buy or hurry up viewing it, we went ahead and purchased the car. Jon, the sales director made every effort to have the car prepared to the highest standard & when we experienced a minor problem after delivery referred us to his colleague Michael who was extremely knowledgeable & efficient, carrying the necessary work out without charge very promptly, despite being very busy in the workshop. I took my Pathfinder to these guys, it needed a lot of work (head gasket, timing chains, Air con condenser, new radiator and water pump) They managed to fit me in do the work and get the car back to me in a week. Would have been a 5 as my car was fine but my partners had to go back a number of times after a fault appeared after a service then wanted to charge to fix it. The fault was never there before yet she was allowed to drive it away when they would have known about the fault. Plus the handbrake needed to do e again as wasn't done right first time. They were very professional though throughout and the service was quick so can't fault them on that.

My mother's car failed the MOT because of a driveshaft joint split CV boot and a front anti-roll bar link arm, I spoke to Mike who gave me a quote for the work over the phone and I booked the car in. The car was ready much earlier than I expected and when I paid, I was told that the CV boot only needed a new clip, not replacing, reducing the original quote by about a third. They also re-MOT'd the vehicle free of charge. All in all I am impressed with the speed and quality of the service and the honesty shown.

I took the car to Nissan, but they wanted to charge a huge price for the work so I got back in touch with Efford Station. Jon offered to have the car checked over by Mike in the garage where he found a slight leak somewhere in the system. Mike replaced the relevant part and even sourced somebody to refill the R1234 gas. Jon honoured the warranty agreement and now my car's aircon is working beautifully. Thank you Jon and Mike for being understanding and honest.
