A brilliant service by Josh & Deb (on reception). I had to get my car fixed after an accident. It was a big repair job and they had to wait on parts etc, but they kept me in the loop at all times and did all they could to get my car back to me ASAP. When I got it back there was a smudge on the paint work left over from the body work repair, when I contacted them about it, they were brilliant and I took it back and Josh dropped everything to sort it out there and then. A brilliant service and excellent repair work carried out. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Took my vw transporter to josh at faraday mill accident repair The lads were extremely friendly and helpful My van was starting to look a bit tatty with a dent on the door and scratches all over and a sliding door had dropped and damaged the paint work The lads down there done all the work and returned my van looking like BRAND NEW Trusting a garage with your car is hard but trust these reviews and use them there work is incredible and they really care I will recommend them to everyone I know and am VERY FUSSY Thank you very much to everyone at Faraday mill accident repair TOP JOB !!!! 10/10

From the moment I took the car in for the estimate the professionalism of the staff impressed me. The man who was making the estimate explained what he was doing and what he was looking for, the receptionist Debbie kept me up to date throughout the process and at the beginning sorted out a suitable date to start the work. The work carried out was excellent and included a valeting of the vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone

Absolutely brilliant service from them all. I had curbed my black alloy, took it in to the guys, very professional, said not a problem. Really friendly customer service, I dealt with Lee he was really helpful and very knowledgeable! I had my car back in no time at all, in under a day. What an amazing job they have done, as good as new looks absolutely brilliant, and all for a very reasonable price too. Top notch, will be recommending for anyone I know.

After my first accident in some 40 years, my Insurer directed me to this company and within 2 hours, the company rang me at home. They arranged for me to deliver my car to them immediately and within 35 minutes they had taken my car, supplied me with a comfortable "Courtesy Car" and reassured me that repairs would be swiftly seen to. After 4 days, (including the weekend) I was called and told that the repairs were complete and the car was ready for collection. I returned to the firm, "Checked In" my replacement vehicle, was shown over my immaculately repaired (and Valeted) Volvo, paid the excess part of my insurance claim and returned home a satisfied customer. I was most impressed by the speedy response, the friendly and very professional staff and most of all by the exceptionally high standard of work completed. Probably not the cheapest in town, but definitely worth the price. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending this highly competent and professional firm and it's excellent staff to anyone in need of high quality repairs to their vehicle! ........Thank you Faraday Mill Accident Repair Centre, ...Keep up the good work!

Unfortunate collision with a cat meant a new bumper and front end respray through my insurance. Mazda's Soul Red is difficult to match but these guys did a great job on the car. Top service with a brand new courtesy car for the duration of the repair. Highly recommended.

I was sent to Faraday RAC by my Insurance Company and as I had further paintwork to be sorted out they said they could do it at the same time. They beat my existing quote so did all the work together. They lent me a brand new courtesy car and couldn''t be more helpful. The work was done timeously and and to an impeccable standard. Josh even wrote a report regarding my paintwork for me to forward to Hyundai and he had my back all the way. Going the extra mile being prepared for Hyundai to phone him and he would explain that it was a manufacturing problem. We were instructed to take our car here by our Insurers after car was hit by delivery lorry! Damage was a couple of big dents to back panel above wheelarch. Within an hour of accident we were called by garage to bring car in to be assessed. Car was taken from us and when car was repaired it was returned to us. The body repair and spray job was immaculate! Superb job. Would have no doubt it returning to use there services again! 👍
